BAKED FRIED CHICKEN! // better than KFC 😏

Hello and welcome to our channel! We are Ajie and Io and we make videos about our small kitchen experiments and our adventures in London!
We’re not Binging with Babish or anything, but we like eating, and making good food.
We thought we’d share how we made BFC (Baked Fried Chicken) in 6 easy steps! We can guarantee maximum satisfaction. The chicken ended up being juicy and extra crispy. Bet you’ll like it!
What you’ll need for this recipe:
1. Raw chicken - drumstick or thighs!
2. Water - enough to drown your chicken
3. Salt - half a cup for 1L of water; optional: garlic cloves + pepper
4. Paper towels - to dry the chicken
5. Flour
6. Egg - 1
7. Breadcrumbs
8. Oven - I guess you could fry them too, but you’ll definitely use less oil if you bake them!
We covered all the steps in the video, so it should be fairly easy to follow along!
