When I read these stories, and I realize the bullet that I've dodged, because every woman I absolutely adored, cheated on me. Two wives and one fiance, and they don't care about the damage they do. There is so much female sophistry in the world that it does borderline on narcissistic abuse.

My wife of 20 years told me she didn't love me, had never loved me, and had only married me to have a home. She's been my ex for over 30 years now and I married a much better woman who's never left me in doubt about loving me.

It's actually not a crime, so it's not against the law. The only thing a man(victim) can do is to sue the woman for paternity fraud.

Moreover courts will often cooperate with it. Woman says this is his address and he is not there (anymore)? Even when they have a recent address on file? Guess what, she said it so true, judgement by default.
There is currently a bill in Tennessee legislature regarding dna testing. DHS is opposing due to money from federal gov.

what is the best option for OP. Does OP have any rights at all? Of course, its important that the children are happy but if I were him, I'd try the bio dad route. OP deserves to have a loving family himself and who knows if he could bare being pushed into the role of watching affair kids of his ex.....

I see an option other than either OP giving up the twins or paying child support... go for full custody. Use the fact she hasn't been talking or trying to visit the twins, she is drunk, was drunk around the kids, was violent around the kids, threatened you, was getting treatment for substance abuse/mental breakdown, etc. Have your lawyer ask for full custody with only supervised visits. Use the fact you aren't their bio-father but are still pushing for full custody, use her threats, the police officer escort when your kids rushed to you, and mom left them, etc., etc.
If OP gets full custody, she is paying him for child support. Also ask for child support retroactively, their therapy costs, housing costs (since the kids can't live in the house while she is there), etc. Get bio-dad to agree to testify. Consider him threatening a lawsuit for hiding the kids from him.
That's a whole lot of suing to be done.

It's very irritating how when guys find out the female demons they are in a relationship or married to cheated on them and their 1st reaction is to hate the other man, the stranger who more than likely never knew the female was married or in a relationship. they get mad at the guy but never get as anger at the lying cheating B*tch who lied to, deceived and cheated on them. she's the one they had the agreement and relationship with nd she is the one who intentionally destroyed it.. I guess I don’t think like a lot of men. It is my personal belief that it is not just blood that makes a dad. If I had loved and raised a child for years and then discovered I was not the biological father it would not, in any way, stop me from being their dad. A sperm donor doesn’t make a dad. It takes love, devotion, and time spent with a child to make A dad. True, I would have some strong contention with my wife. If he or she comes through my door, into my home, and I believe he or she is mine, then by all that is holy, they are mine and it’s going to take a fight to change that.

OP, where do I start. I was in some what of the same kind of Marriage as you. The only thing was I knew from the start that the Baby was some other guys. But I loved my wife and felt the child didn't get to chose to be here. So I stuck by her side. After I saw my Daughter Born it was pure LOVE. Just like YOU. A few years later we ended our Marriage. I loved my Daughter so much I fought for 100% cust. and ended up raising her on my own. Let me say this Bio doesn't make us a Father it is Love that makes us a DAD! You seem to love the twins with all your heart. Let that be a starting point. And what ever you do,DO NOT GIVE ANY MONEY TO YOUR EX FOR THE KIDS! She will just drink it away. If they were wonderful children before the stupid dna test, then it shouldn't matter. They are the same children as were before. Its not like families with adopted children aren't treaded or loved any different from the biological one. If it bothers him, then just treat the dna test as wrong. I don't think he would like to work for a boss who's only qualification is a DNA test. Why should it matters with his children.
Is OP able to have children? He should look into that. If he can't, this may be his opportunity to be a Dad. He should get rested first. But that is just me.

Listen up, just because you find out you're not the biological father of a child does NOT mean you can decide if you want to pay to support for said child. That is up to a judge and your actual relationship to said child will be considered. You aint the boss.

It takes more than DNA to be a Dad. That other guy was just a sperm donor. Love is what makes family. You have loved those twins since before they were born! You are their Dad. According to some states if a child is born to a marriage and even if it proves not to be the husband’s child. The husband is still responsible because it is the best interest of the child. The child comes first. It is wrong on so many levels but that is the way it is.

Because they are children of his heart. It shows. Yes it broke his heart to find out his wife cheated. But he has loved those girls since he found out his ex was pregnant. You don’t forget that love, it is always there. He took the girls to live with him because he was worried about them! That shows his true heart! The wife is sh*t! But those are his girls.

My neighbor is a chicken geneticist. He has a laboratory at our local campus. He has one rule, you cannot run any human DNA. The reason? He doesn’t want anyone to discover that their father is not their biological father!
Hugging your kids should not make you feel like a criminal. You have raised them, you may not be their bio-dad, but you are definitely their father. I would kick her out of the house, keep your kids and yourself in the marital home, so you cause as little disruption from them as possible. She can stay with her parents. You can still have your own children if you want, doesn't mean you won't or can't love them deeply. Bio-dad, seems reasonable, and could take an uncle role first and ease into something more paternal over time. Given the paternal fraud you're not likely to deal with alimony.

This is stupid. This is like telling a woman who was raped that she should love the resulting baby just the same, as if it's not a constant reminder of the most horrific thing she'll ever have happen to her.
People CHOSE who they adopt, this is paternity fraud, this is one of a man's biggest fears, it's the same level of fear a woman has about being sexually assaulted down a dark alley.

Adoption =/= paternity fraud. He wants to have bio kids. If he keeps the twins that would be very hard if not impossible. He has every right to choose his destiny, keep them or leave them to bio dad, its up to him.

First of all, if he doesn’t want to be their father anymore is not because the love suddenly went away. It’s because looking at the children they remind him of the other man, the mother betraying him, the death of his family or marriage, the lied he believed etc…Those are feelings men go through in this type of dramatic event and can’t just get over it easily. And Sometimes they never will. You are talking about it like love is something that can never be perverted. You can love someone and find out the next day what they did, and don’t want them anymore. Does that mean the person was faking it? But According to you they must’ve.
However, even tho they are innocent, they became a symbol of something that he dislike. Again, it’s not about not loving them but it’s about not being able to forget about the betray because they are the personification of it. If you dig a little into this type of trauma and see what the expert says about it, you will understand exactly what I’m talking about. You can’t just turn off feelings of betrayal when the proof of it is grabbing on you or begging for your attention every day. They better off with someone that doesn’t see them as such. Trust me on this. Children can sense these things like this. And later when they find out the truth, they would think it was because their father didn’t love them.
