Thanks! I tried a more dramatic wing and I think it worked, but having to take the blush on and off constantly kind of messed it up a little. I can't decide if I like cool toned or warm toned eyeshadow more? I bought the Natasha Denona Glam palette which is exclusively cool tones and I didn't love it. I think I like a mixture!
@@BiancaSkogenBeauty natasha's glam is a little bit beije for me. there still so much yellowliness in so much shade i think. but true taupes with some purples and pinks is truly my taste when it comes to eyeshadow sadly generally luxury brands work on them. chanel quads tisse rivoli, tisse cambon or dior cool neutrals palette is my favs i think they look so lovely with colored eye ladys
Specific is good at this point!! Social media is oversaturated with the same basics... and I was actually looking SPECIFICALLY for purple blush reviews because I have one I love, never had them before, and wanted to check out more! So thank you so much!
Am so happy to find a video about purple blushes because I tried a purple eyeshadow as a blush and loved it and been searching for purple blushes ever since but have a ridiculously hard time finding any ... 🥰
I am sooooo happy to help!! I have recently found a purple blush from About Face and Morphe both sold at Ulta and both reasonably priced. But they are both cream blushes.
@@BiancaSkogenBeauty they had the morphe one at sephora and I was gonna get it and then I didnt and now its not available here anymore.. I wish about face was in sephora their products look interesting
@@makeupthoughts777 You can also get them on their actual websites. And About Face constantly has sales so you could get a pretty good deal that way??? And everything I have tried from About Face has been amazing!! The liquid eyeshadows are sooo good!
I never would have thought to buy a purple 💜 blush so this is fun because I get to see that most of them don't come out on your cheeks as super purple. Thank you sister for trying things on and giving the explanations!!
Thank you for posting this. I have light skin and somehow pink blush ends up looking too warm. The purple blushes give me the cooler tone I want but are hard to find. I was happy to see the powder blushes at the end because my skin is too oily to wear cream blushes.
Thank you!! That would be a fun craft to with the kids!! Thank you, I appreciate you saying that!! Welcome, I am excited to have you as a new subscriber!!
True rare beauty blushes are very pigmented. I put the dot on my hand and lightly went in with my rare beauty foundation brush but it was still enough to use on both cheeks.
I know right!! It can be a good thing or a bad thing depending on what you want. I like it because that amount of pigment has a lot of staying power!!!
i use my blushes as a eyeshadow but i dont use my shadows and lipsticks as a blush because they can be comedogenic and the eyeshadows generally have bigger shimmers so they can make the pores look bigger i think
That is a very good point. When that trend for putting lipstick on as blush under your foundation came out I was thinking, isn't that just going to clog everyone's pores???
@@BiancaSkogenBeauty in insta so many girls use their lipsticks as a blush i wanna say nooo dont doo that :D lipsticks full with comedogenic ingredients. they for lips not for cheecks
No I haven't, I really haven't tried a lot of Bobbi Brown yet. Sometimes I see Bobbi Brown and TJ Maxx and want to pick it up but it is always not my shade. If I find it at TJ I will pick it up!!
I found your channel because of this video! #Newsubscriber ♡♡♡ I love purple blushes and have been wanting to get that Drama Class by Fenty, the purple cream blush by Colored Raine and the Danessa Myricks one too. Have you ever seen the Colored Raine one? Looks sooo pretty! 💜
blush is my fav product to use, i use blush for almost everyday mostly with only blush and mascara i use for the regular days. im in love with buying new blushes but i started to think about that blush make me break out. the parts of my cheecks that i use blush are have some clogged comedons no matter the brand. i think the talc is the thing that clogged my pores :/ i cleanse my skin 2 times a day too. im about to give my blush to my close ones or just throw away and start to use jane iredale which is talc free :/ im so confused
Oh no!! That is so hard because you have to try things to see if they break you out. I feel for you!! Maybe don’t give them all away until you try a talc free one and see if that doesn’t break you out? I had really bad cystic acne at the beginning of this year mostly on my chin and cheeks. My dermatologist and I tried everything and then I eventually we put me on Acutane. So I understand and acne is the worst!!
@@BiancaSkogenBeauty omg just the same i started to develop cystic acne for a first time at the beginning of this year and my doctor gave me 10 mg accutane. i didnt use it up to the finish (6 months) but it cleared me up but blushes can make new little under the skin things so yeah maybe i have to try the jane iredale for a 1-2 month regularly and if im okay with then im gonna give my blushes. i dont have luxury blushes they drugstore mostly but i love them with all my heart lollll :D
I tried a lilac blush on a whim. If you’re fair and cool toned it’s the best shade ever. I’m hooked.
I know right! I love them!!!!
Came for the blush comparisons stayed for your golden personality💗💗💗you rocked all shades too
Wow!!! That is so sweet!! Thank you!!!!
i loved your eyeshadow look too , im so deeply in love with rosy - cool toned makeup

Favorite was the Colourpop blush because the lightness of the shade made it look like it was glowing.
Thank you!! I know I love that one!!!! I am so excited to have you as a new subscriber!!!
Oh my god i only saw purple blush on the makeup games i had played. Never thought it was actually a thing, but now i am obsessed

Yay I am so glad this was helpful!!! The new About Face blushes have a really pretty purple too!!
i think purple looks so much natural than peachy tones actually
I guess it probably depends on the skin undertones, but I agree on me I like purple better than peach!
8:35 i think rare beauty one looks so pretty and perfect on you
You are so sweet!!! Thank you!!!!!!

fun, purple blush scares me
The fun part is that it can be worn with a light hand and look cute, or you can build it up and reenact an 80’s dance party!!!!
