So you’ll just go up and talk to him and when he asks if you want to sell say yes, but if the problem is getting money then you need to put it in the trash can for a few seconds and take it out before selling it, if the food has stink lines coming off it, you did it right

The saw mill is on the way to the mountains, take a right when you are at the fork in the road by the race track and it's on a dirt path to the side. Can't miss it, there's even a sign

Which bear, for the normal bear you may have to wait if you’ve just given him food or sometimes it’s hard to talk to him if you bought the roof because you walk into the roof rather than to bear, but if it’s the trash bear you need to put the food in trash until it gets smelly waves coming off it before you give it to trash bear
