Bruh, the saying 'people don't want to work anymore' has been around for at least a century, if not longer. Nothings changed, it's always been like this. It ebbs and flows, and it all depends on management.
That’s what I’m saying! lol I’m 25 and everyday after work around 4:30 5pm I’de clean and prep my paver F650 and be done by 6:30pm. Never coming in at 5am to clean or prep anything. The things this guy has his crew doing is cake walk compared to what I have to do on a daily. I wish I had a job like this

I am an industrial electrician in Canada. When he showed you the hultafors mechanical carpenters pencil I lit right up. By far my favourite every day carry in my pockets. You can even get coloured wax sticks for it and they work great on steel.
Ryan, consider having Carlitos being a yard/truck boss. Put him in charge of having the fellas keeping the trucks stocked and cleaned for each job. He seems the most responsible. Have a list for supplies needed on each truck. No arguing with him. He is repeating what you want and need.
All the frustration Ryan gets from that crew, from some customers and all the other things a business owner has to deal with. But then he gets home and is greeted by the CEO and Gracie. I know those two go a long way into making it all worth it. Thanks Ryan.
