I've owned 2nd gen Fits and currently drive a Mazda2. I've also driven a few 2nd gen Minis. The Minis are the most fun and have a nostalgic feel. High mileage examples tend to not hold up well in time. The Fit is the fastest although the power is mostly in the 2nd half of the rev range. It is the most usable car, with the cargo volume of a CUV. The steering feel is a little numb and they tend have a lot of body roll as is. The Mazda is very communicative, but the entire car has a cheap feel interior wise. It is quite competent as is. They're all great cars and it's cool to see them racing together.
@@SkyzTh3LimittI’ve driven fiesta sts and base fiestas and the st would definitely have an outright advantage if put on proper tires and dialed suspension
Love that the miata is the pace car❤❤❤

These look like standard Fiesta’s and not the ST. Reason why?
Because the Fiesta ST doesn't meet the B-Spec rules. It would destroy the competition.
@@businessbasics6777 I was watching someone road test an ST at Leguna Seca and the test driver stated it could run spec B as it sits. Why I asked.
