I love this show, but I hate how the cameras focus more on the judges rather than in the performances.

They were so good!!
No shade to Escada, but the story and presentation weren't at the level of Balmain. Yes, they served the 5 elements, but didn't show us radiation turning them into freaks, they just had wild outfits and makeup, so the story lost me. Calypso got on stilts and transformed herself into a godamn circus tent, then deep throated a balloon!!! The music, lighting, voiceover ("Mind if I change?" ) outfits, makeup, and just the general IDEA to use IT as an inspiration is fucking GENIUS!!! Lol, sorry for the rant, but this is my favorite performance ever, I think, and im sharing it with everyone I know! Hope everyone is having a beautiful day! 😘💓💓

No tea no shade but is it just me? Or does this show seem WAY OVER PRODUCED?! And way TOO choreographed?! I REALLY wanted to love this show.....I really did.....but I dunno?! For me, it just doesn't have the spontaneity of a real ball. And feels more like? A reality show....and a bad one at that.
I agree. Even ballroom performance is choreographed, but by voguers. This seems less authentic vogue. The beats also do not bring ballroom.
I love that it’s shining light on ballroom, but wise it did bring more of the ball feel.
