Way more to explore than the west touristy side and the beach street area. So many great places blocks away from the beach and on the other side of the highway. Has grown so fast in the last few years and lost a bit of its charm.First time i ever went was in 1991 and wow what changes i see every year. prices have skyrocketed over the years esp for real estate.
Yes, we wished we would have visited earlier so we can explore more. We drove by it a few times and we didn't think much of it by how it looks from the highway, but you do have to get in the city to see the magic ✨✨
@@AdventuresGoodVibes Yes so many great places to eat and drink at regular prices on the east side.there are alot of smaller places off the beaten touristy track that are very nice and have entertainment during day and night. We found a hidden gem that has an amazing happy hour between 2-4 pm tucked away in a hard to find spot if you dont know your way around town it is hard to find.
Here is the recipe for Saviche. Half kilo of fresh shrimps or mahi mahi, cut into small pieces. squeeze 2 oranges and 2 lemons or limes and marinade the shrimp or fish in squeezed juice for at least 30 minutes. Add chopped red onion, a few tomatoes, cucumber and 1 avocado ( for extra flavor you can add mango and jalapenos) and mix all together. And enjoy it with some crackers or tostadas 😃🩷
