@@angelwilsn1 great! They don’t dome as much though if that’s what you’re looking for. I would reccomend preheating the oven to 375 and bake for 5 minutes then reduce heat to 350 and bake for another 10 minutes or so until toothpick comes out nearly clean. Doing this change in temperature helps create an even rise for the cupcakes
@@allisonfrench9938 I don’t recommend it. Cake flour is what gives the cake is soft and light texture. If you use all purpose flour the cake will be denser. However our chocolate cake recipe uses all purpose flour if you’re interested in that!

Hello, do you use whole buttermilk?
That would be best! But sometimes they only sell reduced fat buttermilk. Either will work great
if you mix this in the kitchen aid , should it be on number4 and for how many minutes? About 2?
