I don't know how many U.S.A. Americans visit over there, but I can tell you - those acting stupid are a true embarrassment to us - what a shameful way to represent the U.S.A.! 😔
The embarrassment is on the rude and stupid people themselves Erica, not you and not your country. In fact, the majority of Americans who visit Horseguards are among the most respectful tourists one could ever wish to meet. 😊
@@monicawarner4091 that is good to hear. I'd love to visit, and I love animals. I just would not assume bad behavior. I think the horses get irritated after a while - with people! I don't know all the horses, but there is one that is always "checking" women's bags 🙂

I've never been to Horseguards myself, and I'm too old and disabled to go now, but I can live vicariously through the many videos about the place. I hope you get the chance to visit someday. 😊
I felt that shout all the way here in California!!!! the woman in the white hat and white T-shirt, obviously knew what respect was, and as she was touching a horse, you can see how relax the horse seemed to be
The guard and horse are right where they need to be so they can see whats happening around them or if something is approaching. How can they do that from inside the box?
Not only does she interrupt the inspection, she grabs the reins twice. No thought for anyone but herself.
She's got very bad behaviour.

As long as there is, at best, a soft enforcement of respect then there will continue to be little respect and the guards ARE nothing more than a prop.

The guard is too far outside the box! Maybe if they stayed further back inside, perhaps there would be less touching of the horse!
No they are allowed to come out some don't like being inside
