All the parts of Heavy Barrel appear in the same lockers. I think potentially, one may be able to activate the special weapon as many as two or three times by the end of the game. Playing their cards right could make it possible to activate it just before the final boss, therefore making said final boss a cinch.

I had this game but it was moded for somehow. I was controlling some squirrels instead of soldiers :) It was still amazing
