For me, I would choose a more tourist kind of route. I'd drive down from SF to LA, then head to Vegas, through the Grand Canyon, the Million Dollar Highway and the Rockies in Colorado, the Badlands, Chicago, maybe cross into Canada from Detroit, back into the US through Niagara Falls, and then straight to NYC.
FastCarsNoRules220 That's a pretty nice route. You may be underestimating how far LA is from SF and how far Niagra Falls is from NYC. They're both huge trips in themselves and some compromises have to be made if you're being serious
we made montreal(canada) to vancouver(canada) then down to santa cruz.... and we came back by the i80 ..... took us 6 days to come back by the i80..... t'was a greaaaat trip
Once you hit Nebraska you went super speed like superman 🦸♂️. All the flat states were definitely less interesting. Oddly enough, Indiana had the most diversity out of the great plains states. 😆 Pennsylvania was like watching the flash! Lol
First one of these I actually had to watch at slower speed. Usually I watch at 2X. Like drinking from a fire hose, but an impressive accomplishment nevertheless. However, I am disappointed that you didn't follow I-80 right to the end at the GW Bridge, and took a tunnel into NYC instead. You should add that in your next video. But one question still perplexes me: "It was awesome. I will not do it again, ever." OK, but then how did you get your sister's car back to her in San Francisco? 🙂
I’ve gone from Sacramento to Salt Lake City in 2013 I was to young to drive at that time so my dad had to drive and he drove the slowest he could go while traveling through Nevada it killed me because he didn’t go 100 mph like the others
Coast-to-Coast Timelapse: San Francisco CA to Wilmington NC on I-40 0:00 Intro 0:15 California 1:53 Arizona 2:55 New Mexico 3:34 Texas 3:55 Oklahoma 4:20 Arkansas 4:39 Tennessee 6:04 North Carolina
California=unique scenery with maybe exception of the valley. From Nevada to Wyoming all basin and range although it got a little unique in utah. Then from wyoming to iowa its desolate farmland. Then from Iowa all the way to jersey it's sort of the same, but those round trees start to come up getting denser as you head east. Then finally NJ to NY is just cities. Honestly this route lacked scenery. With the exception of the Sierras.California and Utah win this route as far as scenery goes.
Hats off to you sir, driving from LA to Portland killed me i couldn't imagine doing this
did this over 50 times... then i stopped counting... love it...

Well yeah sort of like NFS The Run, except that game didn't pass through LA, the Grand Canyon, Detroit, and Niagara Falls.

Yea i would say from sf go up the coast to the puget sound, then cut on i 90.The vegas/canyon route woul be better to start in LA.
d
Should add about 4 minutes to the drive.
The Badlands of SD?
I’m not surprised that the Pennsylvania part was time lapsed faster because a lot of people can’t stand the long drive across Pennsylvania
what's worse than Penn is when driving thru Indiana and Illinois, those are most boring imo 0_0
PA and IA are almost the exact same distance across each state; I vote PA for the most scenic of the Eastern half.
Awesome Trip from San Francisco CA to New York City
Nice video :)
"So let's drive coast to coast for no reason! :D"
Something mesmerizing about watchimg the clouds propogate and fly by at a breakneck pace
Wow. it feels like in NFS The run video game
we made montreal(canada) to vancouver(canada) then down to santa cruz.... and we came back by the i80 ..... took us 6 days to come back by the i80..... t'was a greaaaat trip

The reason why the screen is moving in Iowa is because of all the rolling hills!

POV: someone in New York said the housing is bad in California
Now I know how to run like the Flash.
The United States is much smaller than I thought.
Yep you can make it across in 6 minutes if you go very fast
4:48 Tinley Park Illinois Exit, I just shot this exit from my drone. ruclips.net/video/OytD7RswUok/видео.html
Pennsylvania sure is huge I can see why the time lapse sped up
I've driven a portion of that c: Went on a road trip in 2015 to Denver and drove 80 from Sacramento to Cheyenne

Video speed: 0.25. Can kinda make out the route better.
Video speed: 2.0. You're a superspeeder who likes going 100 on the interstate.
