You gotta enable advanced layers, [CTRL + J] there you'll see the option to turn it on
Movie clip is basically used to create animations for idle and poses. So u can generate sprite sheet

I would recommend deleting the first bf and put the posed bf in the same position of the deleted one

@@DaiBoi Squash and stretch, it's really important in animation and can make certain movements look really good
