Every month I buy more of whatever is the lowest percentage of my portfolio and try to keep everything around 10%. Please what could be my safest buys with $400k to outperform the market in 2024?.
I like investing in close-end funds that pay monthly dividends. The trick is to hold long term and reinvest the monthly dividends plus buy more shares on a monthly basis or whenever you can afford to. This can be easily done because close-end funds are bought and sold on the stock market just like regular stock. That'd be enough to create a portfolio that would pay you between $50k to $70k in dividend income

My grandfather (who is no longer alive) left me a few quotes that I have stuck to. 1) "The world will never stop being the world." 2) "Life is beautiful. He raised 10 kids, worked in a factory, immigrated his children legally from a small village in Mexico into the US during the 1960s. He owned a car, 3 properties, and had the love and adoration of his children and grandchildren. I still sing about him to this day. As the Holy Bible says "Your reputation is more precious than jewels and rubies." And "Wisdom is nourishing to the soul like a good meal."

My advice to everyone is this : if you want to grow big this year especially in your finances. Be willing to take risks. Saving is great but taking risks puts you on a pedestal where you wouldnt have to worry about savings as you do now. Thanks to larysa Caba, my portolio is doing really great and im proud of the decisions i made last year.

It hurt watching 30-40% discounts drop to 50, but grabbing Google, NVDIA, Apple, and others near the bottom has paid off. I love the bull outlook but I’m not confident to should hold all equities

If you have expertise in a particular area, you can create digital products such as e-books, online courses, or software. Once created, these products can generate income without ongoing effort. I do this simply though acquaintance with my FA.

impressive, i made my first million saving and investing as a rookie but i couldn't do it alone you see there are people that spend their lives studying these things that's why they are professionals, i started as a chiropractor and my husband was a teacher but with the help of Emily Lois Parker we both stay at home taking care of our kids and just watching them grow (when my husband isn't out golfing with his buddies of course)

Perfect example of the medium is the message and you're the product (which the vid admits). The message isn't the message. Establish an effective medium, broadcast something across it and people will tune in. The medium itself is the message. And hence, you're the product. It's like folks raving about $100 smart TVs. The TV is not the product, they are. Beware folks, one of the most effective scams in history. You spend time working to buy a computer, phone internet and plan and then pay again giving it your attention so advertisers and scammers can feed you pseudo knowledge (information disguised as knowledge). The algorithm owns and controls you. 'Only a small fraction will do anything with this info, and an even smaller fraction can create good content'.
