Definitely an awesome device, gonna get one soon, I do reckon the demonstration could've been improved by letting us hear it trigger some of your favourite vst's outside of the free plugin though, as I think a fair few of the pre-bundled presets just sound a bit odd 😅

Less a comment about the Jamstick (been following this since they first announced it, as I need to replace the Godin xtSA I had to leave behind in the US when I moved to the EU), but more a question about your right hand picking technique.
You have a distinctive "thumb under" technique that is more commonly seen among lutenists and people who play Baroque and Renaissance guitar. Did you ever study any of those instruments? Because of the way the string is intonated, the sound - on those instruments - is always a bit different than when using the "thumb out" of a modern classical guitar technique, having a somewhat "warmer" sound to it.
{FULL DISCLOSURE: I played both Baroque lute and theorbo, before coming to the electric guitar}

Someone needs to do a cover of New Musik 's , A MAP OF YOU 🎶 . Early 80s band , back then bands would limit their tracks off an album for single releases to 4 . A MAP OF YOU didn't make a single release , and i feel more people need to hear this great track. 😏 With this instrument you could have it covered 😉
