I loved that about the Remix collection.

Funny story, amoxicillin was bubble gum flavor when I was a kid in America, and I was allergic to it, so I got a bubble gum colored rash and I vividly remember being miserable about matching the medicine. For some reason as an 8 year old that was humiliating to me even though I was sick at home and nobody but my mother was even looking at me lol

The thing about the favourite shade is that if I pick my favourite shade, I will probably already have that shade in my collection from a different brand. So I won't buy a shade I already have.
Like for the barista launch, my favourites are the oat couture and blushed ice, but I already have similar shades from other brands. But I haven't seen a shade like Holo cappucino so that's the one I'm buying.
Just interesting in terms of phrasing the questions and what answers youll get when you ask what's your fav and not which one are you buying

It's not really a lime color though. That's why it's Crime and PunishMINT. She calls it a mint color, so it has mint in the name.

I hated the banana medicine! I thought it tasted like onion. But my husband loved that stuff! He’d tell his doctor to prescribe it to him when he had chronic ear infections. He still complains that he has to take antibiotics in pill form as an adult

As others have said, here in the US amoxicillin was pink and had a bubble gum flavor. I feel bad for all the kids who won't get to taste it since they don't prescribe it anymore. That stuff was delicious lol 😋

Amox is still first line for a lot of things like strep and middle ear infections ❤❤❤

Honestly these speak to me but I'm a black polish dude lol. Also I kinda want a more muted collection but that is personal taste. Black is so much easier to hide mistakes in tbh. Also I kinda want a thinner formula for the top coats but I get why they are so thick. Just personal preference again lol.
I recall loving amoxicillin/banana medicine as a three year old. I have a distinct memory of reminding my mother it was time for my medicine, she said not now, and I went to the fridge anyway to try to take it myself. I actually did get the lid open and started chugging it. My mom stopped me before I could drink terribly too much. Cannot confirm if this is why later on in life I was found to be allergic to it. Could have been allergic the whole time and just had no reaction as a wee babe.

Before I saw any content on the collection I kept thinking this was makeup themed with hear about “cover up” and the green reminding me of like a green concealer, then thinking the eggs were make up sponges lol.
Banana amoxicillin was delicious. It didn't help that I constantly had ear infections as a child... probably from living in a black mold-infested house, but still. 😂

The U.S. version of the "banana medicine", at least where I was, was Dimetapp ("Di-muh-tap"). It came in grape flavor. If I so much as had a slightly runny nose, or coughed, sneezed, ANYTHING- I would pretty much beg for the stuff. It's the best grape-flavored thing I ever tasted.
Unfortunately, a bunch of kids would sneak around and ingest a _lot_ of it (you were only supposed to have about a teaspoon/small capful), so they made the flavor taste...a whole lot worse.
And I get it, no parent should have to rush their kid to the hospital due to an overdose, or anything like that.
But man. The grape liquid musinex? Revolting. The bubblegum powdered version? Barely tolerable.
Just a few years ago, I was out and about with my cousin, and in pain. But didn't have advil on hand. She did...but it was liquid, and ""cherry"" flavored. I had SUCH a hard time getting it down. It's rough to be an adult and still not gag on liquid medicine. (So yes, I stick to pills whenever possible.)

Since the yellow one is Banana Medicine, the pink one should have been Pepto Bismol! Sadly I think Pepto Bismol would have a problem with that.
