Looks like they won't fire unless they have a lock...but have a hard time locking on to an Interceptor. Even then they seem to be ineffective. Still I appreciate your rebuy cost in sciencing this out for us! o7
Not much to say not really much time to watch videos these days. Good news. After 6 months my hip finally poped back in I have full movement again and I can walk without pain. 🥲 Now I just have to rebuild my left leg after 6 months and not walking on it much. It's very skinny compared to my right leg.. doesn't look like I'll have a computer anytime soon Sniff.. I hope you and wifey are wellish, hugs all around please. I'm going to go check your SC channel and do some bumping there next 👍...🌺🏝️🥰
Thank you Elf! I really hope your recovery is swift and sound. When I was younger, I got a car accident, and my leg was broken bad, and the doctor also made a mistake, so I was in bed for 2 years, and after 2 years, I had to learn to walk again, and that was a painful and long process, especially trying to bend by knees.........after maybe a year I learned how to run again, and participate in many running activities at school.....very painful experience. But it will get better!
no. actually the torpedo only appears to be able to fire at stationary (or extremely low speed that is nearly stationary?) targets ONLY. I succeeded in firing these torpedos at a thargoid beacon and it delt no harm.
from my won testing it seems that you have a really small area right in the middle of your target where the torpedo can lock on, I was able to lock on an NPC krait phatom that was moving in a straigh line by going directly behind it, also since it does 0 damage it means that you don't get bounty/aggro from NPCs :)

It seems like torpedoes only works against Thargoid Titan's heat vents. Deals no damage to vessels or sub targets of thargoids nor humans.
This 💯

I'm pretty sure you're supposed to fire the torpedoes at the titan heat vents
I’ve never played odyssey before but I feel like the torps would work if you sub target the exerted hearts,
Torpedos are for titans 😅
It seems like they have a min range you have to be? Dont know just seems like from watching thats what it is
sub-target maybe at interceptors....
the torps deal no damage
