If you're going to overshoot a remote object in supercruise (fleet carrier, probe, POI, etc), just deselect it and throttle back and your ship will stop dead. (Does not work when approaching bodies like stars, planets, stations orbiting planets, etc).

I'm one of those who grinded for Guardian FSD booster and Guardian power plant, I have my ice cold DBE slightly engineered with 65ly jump range laden for 18kk credits, and I ride it to hunt for f cactuses with no issues ) I have a fleet of 3bln in total, but in 90% cases I use only Cutter, Conda and DBE. I'm not sure I'm ready for the new "asian" design, but thanx for the review. May be I'll try it out.

Its one of my favourite ships, I think you figured out already but i am not sure, The Strtain on the Power Distro heats your ship up, Yes efficient power Plants decrease the heat generation but The Distro is the problem in your instance. And since you are a laser guy, Put focused on laser lower than class 3 and long range on class 3 , The Armor Pen and longer Range is even more effective on the smaler laser weapons than overcharged.

put a 4c fuel tank in place of the 5c and you get another 4 ish LY. Doesn't affect your jumps too much as you can easily regain the fuel with a 6a fuel scoop

A lot of videos show parts of the process - yours is the first that shows the whole process (at least for manufactured materials) THANK YOU! I also watched your video on the Collector - a lot of good information there as well (now I want an Anaconda :) )

drop the gimballed weps, you lose too much ToT against chaff and they do less damage than fixed weapons. Also, the two module reinforcements are too weak. at least one class 4 and one class 3 to avoid losing modules to bigger threats.

You lost me at advanced docking computer. At least swap that out for an interdictor

Im really hoping the mK V is going to have some sort of unqiue gimmick like the Krait has with its oversized Distro. If theyre making another Workhorse ship to rival and surpass the P1 and MKII. The MkV is gonna need something to make it stand out. Give us lots of optionals or give us an oversized Core internal slot pleassse

And here I was thinking I was doing good with my 60ly jump range. I'm halfway to the center and I'm loving this new ship. This is also my first experience with SCO FSD and I'm never going back!

Stop jousting and corkscrew around your target ship. Ditch the gimbals with the ships manoeuvrability you should be using it to your advantage in order to keep the reticule on target. If you CAN get dual HOTAS sticks it makes the corkscrewing far easier instead of the digital vertical and horizontal flight. Trust me it changes the game completely when you can minimize the jousting experience. I use pedals as well that are mapped to forward and reverse. It's a really expensive investment for gaming but it's chefs kiss and I can never look back.

just a little correction, "unladen" doesn't mean empty, it is with enough fuel for one jump. so you can make that max jump, just make sure you can scoop fuel at target :) /edit it should have been a reply to a thread below, dunno how it ended here.
