I am so sorry for your loss Dutch. I have a drunk driving story of my own. My stepfather's first wife was killed by a drunk driver. She was bringing their daughters, who were 7 and 9 at the time home from school. Both of the girls were uninjured, but she was killed instantly. The car was so mangled that it took four hours to get the girls out of the car. They sat in the car with their deceased mother for four hours. Both were straight A students before the accident, but were never the same afterwards. Both began using drugs, dropped out of school, and had children before they were 18. They had six children between them, and all of the children grew up in and out of the system. One of them was a grandmother before she was 40, and her daughter had drug issues as well, and lost custody of her child. This drunk not only killed a woman, but also indirectly destroyed three generations of a family, and they are still being affected by it over 40 years later. There is nothing more selfish than impaired driving, especially in this day and age. There is no excuse for it.

As The Solomonster said on his podcast, Tammy Sytch doesn’t deserve any sympathy when she’s not a tragic figure - she’s just pathetic. She’s had a far nicer living than most people, and more chances than she deserves to not spread her troubles to others. And now an innocent man is dead because of her. _He_ and his family and friends are the only ones who deserve sympathy. Also, the “mom’s basement” insult is childish, stale and stupid. And to those who come out with it, how do you know that the person you’re talking to is talking from their mother’s basement (if they’re even _at_ their mother’s home and there’s a basement at all), and how does it automatically invalidate what they say either way? How’s it relevant? Of course, such idiocy coming from Sunny doesn’t surprise me, though. But oh well - the sun’s gone down on her liberty now, as she deserves.

There's nothing to gain from yelling and being angry at Sunny. That solves nothing. It helps to be calm and reasonable towards this. Remember, Sunny was once a vibrant young woman who had everything. Her downfall is equally as sad.
@@stoddard1953 I agree with you. I personally feel yelling and screaming and swinging 'emotional clubs' rarely solves anything, BUT it is what most people do. Any sympathy I might have for an addict completely evaporates when they harm someone or cause harm to someone. Sytch has had countless opportunities to turn her life around. And the slaps on the wrist she had received in the past taught her nothing. She deserves to spend the rest of her life in prison, if only to protect innocent people around her.

Dutch your perspective on this is so spot on!! This lady set her own table!! It’s so tragic for the gentleman lost his life at the hands of a scum like Tammy!!
Dutch, I am SO SORRY about the loss of your granddaughter. I get so mad at these drunk drivers because drunk driving is so preventable and the USA doesn't appear to take it seriously. If you know you are going to drink, either with friends or solo, make sure in advance that you have a way to get home SAFELY and you don't get behind the wheel. Have one of your buddies be the designated driver or if alone, make sure you have a phone number of a taxi company or make sure your cell phone is charged, so you can get a Lyft or Uber. I mean, Sytch easily could have afforded a taxi, or Uber or Lyft. Why did she continuously drive drunk? Sorry for the rant, but she has killed someone and thrown her life away and has taken someone else's life, all because she just had to get drunk. I have a question. Has Tammy ever gone to rehab before?
I lost a grandfather to a drunk driver months before my birth. I understand where Dutch is coming from. Tammy's refusal to take responsibility for what she did is not only insulting the family of the person she killed, but to everyone who's ever lost anyone to drunk assholes like her. I hope she rots in jail.
Drinking isn’t responsible for personal choice. I’ve walked caught trains cabs anything. I didn’t hold a license till 30yrs old because I ran a nightclub and knew the risk. I drink bundy rum with red bull and jagger red bull and Henney red bull. Not saying I’m proud of my habits, but I’m aware of them. Now Uber is even cheaper, if you smoke, drink, eat fast food, work in a coal mine your responsible for these choices ( at least in the western world ) don’t blame alcohol for your choices. I have PTSD from my childhood I’ll not go into it further I have addictions. These things are my habits/choices/escapes. What I’ll not do is bring my bad shit into others lives by driving drunk etc it’s always the drunk who survives and kills kids or family or someone who is doing the right thing. 😢 I was also a crack/meth addict as well as coke and everything else, acid ecstasy uppers downers you name it I did it. Know what I didn’t do. Kill anyone. Fight anyone. Abandon my kids or beat my spouse. People need to take responsibility for their actions. Autism and mental health is why I’m weird and don’t like social settings not why I’m an asshole. I’m an asshole because of people lol
She should be locked up for life. She doesn't deserve anything less than that. She's had so many chances to clean up her act but now she's killed someone and still blames everyone else for it. Maybe this sentence is enough at her age to be the rest of her life but she should never be allowed out of jail again.
She's a danger to herself and the public. Why was she even allowed to drive with so many violations on her driver's record. The fact that she was smiling in court after killing someone is sickening to me.
8:00 Every state in the US has to have a .08 limit (or lower) to receive Federal Highway funding. Since that passed it's passed in every state except Utah which is even lower at .05, so yeah, she blew at least a .32 which, for most people means slamming a six-pack as fast as you can or doing a half dozen shots in short order. Because your body processes the alcohol fairly quickly most people can only hit that level after a full night of heavy drinking.
One of the things I recall shortly after this incident was she really pushed her onlyfans on her Twitter. And she neglected any questions or comments about the incident.
She tried making a plea to get out so she could use her fame and the incident to speak to others to keep them from doing it 🤦 are you kidding me? She couldn't have actually thought that would work did she? And when she first had been given bail, who put up the money? Also who has the over under on her getting busted for making prison toilet wine
I can’t believe she had the nerve to ask for lengthy parole. Her now ex boyfriend said he put up his house as collateral for her to get out for that thankfully brief time out on parole. He’s a guy always in trouble with the law and he lived in Florida and that’s why she was out there. One video to watch on here is something like “Tammy sytch gets her boyfriend arrested”. It’s a bad title because that didn’t happen but if only Tammy had listened to those officers. Unfortunately she would have eventually hurt or killed someone else.
As a former drinker, Dutch is right. Most will not stop drinking and driving until something happens to them. Sad to say but it's true. Hate to hear something happened to your Grand daughter Dutch.
What I don’t understand is these vehicle manufacturers could EASILY put a device on ALL vehicles that won’t start if alcohol is detected, but they won’t. Almost like the government doesn’t want to stop DUI’s. To much money they can get from fines & payments for years from 1 DUI. The government could do ALOT more to stop it, & they don’t.
For an alcoholic with a tolerance cultivated over years/decades, at .32 she may have shown & felt very few indicators of her level of intoxication aside from her ability to process information in a timely manner. It may not have been apparent to those who may have been around her that she was as wasted as she was, especially if all of their interactions with her were when she was just as drunk.
If Tammy could have kept her head on straight, she probably would have transitioned to a backstage role as a producer or road agent, and probably would have bern retired by now with a cozy nets egg. No one to blame but herself.
New Jack- Admittedly did a lot of coke before ALL of his matches, and the famous New Jack balcony dive, the higher up he was the more coke he did before, as speed lowers inhibition, so you’re less likely to think about it or say no, simultaneously giving you an amazing yet ungodly amount of energy. Sandman- drank 2-3 beers ON HIS WAY TO THE RING, sometimes they’d have to loop his music as he was having fun drinking with the crowd. Sinister Minister/ Father James Mitchell…Coke, Ice, painkillers and boozer. RVD- 420 blazing 24/7 And those are just the admitted ones, according to a few basically everyone other than Dreamer, Jerry Lynn, Spike and a few others I forget were at least drinking, smoking weed, or popping Benzos, YET TAMMY WAS THE ONLY ONE WHO GOT SUSPENDED! That says ALOT when RVD, even said that Paul E knew about it, and would simply ask if everyone can do their own thing in the parking lot and not in the building because something about insurance or something like that, but he said that people were out there drinking and smoking weed, shooting up, etc. and yet Tammy was the only one who messed up for even ECW standards, or lack there of Lmfao. But RVDs bombshell about Heyman, explains why everyone was so open about it, and the allowance is probably why those who spent even a short few months in ECW are the highest percentage to die before 40, seems like the 7 years ECW was EXTREME, and not Eastern, those who walked through the New Alahambra on South Swanson, 60-70% of them are now dead, and the fact most were in there 20s-30s When the traveling circus of Hardcore closed its doors for the final time in ‘01 is really sad.

16:10 it wouldn't be a stretch to guess that Tammy probably worked the street corners of Puerto Rico in order to raise the necessary funds to return home
I remember when I used to troll the meetme app and I got a message from “Tammy” inviting me to her cam show. That was really rock bottom.
@@mikeg2491for you?
No where near enough time in my opinion...
There is no time that will be enough to those close to the victim, people like dutch who have a very personal connection with drunk driving homicide as a whole, or those among us able to be outraged because of empathy as opposed to experience ….
Looking at her, I'm kinda doubting she'll survive 15 years in there anyway.
in any state ( due too the 10th amendment)any DUI manslaughter conviction should get an automatic 10 conviction regardless of no criminal record or not
I wonder what would happen if this.."accident" took place in Nevada and Tammy was convicted of it..i hear state of Nevada doesn't screw around on serious crimes like Murder,Manslaughter etc...they will throw away the key on you for good.
She looks more like Adrian Adonis than Sunny.
Mrs. Trunchbull......
Marlon Brando
Looks more like a future lesbian prison b----
Everyone gets old, I’ve seen pictures of her in the 90s and wow how rough Father Time has been to her
😂😂😂
I can only hope that Tammy can be come a better person. Once she has done her time. She is a a dangerous lunatic at this point. I'm sorry for the loss Dutch. Its a horrible experience to lose a loved one.
Tammy is definitely not missing any meals. What happened?
Really?
@@Persephone715 Really she looks like a sumo wrestler. She's well fed in prison.
Them top ramen red hot Cheetos spreads are delicious 😋
@@Persephone715 Really!!! Moo 🐮
Hard to believe it is the person from the nineties what a tranformation
Shell be out around age 65. You know she'll get a dui still
12:01 I laughed there because I didnt realize how true that statement is
I lost a grandfather to a drunk driver months before my birth. I understand where Dutch is coming from. Tammy's refusal to take responsibility for what she did is not only insulting the family of the person she killed, but to everyone who's ever lost anyone to drunk assholes like her. I hope she rots in jail.
She's unfortunately living proof that drinking absolutely wrecks your mind and body. I sincerely hope she improves while she's in jail.
Her and kingcobrajfs
do you think that she chooses to self medicate?
Prison never rehabilitates anybody. I'm just glad she's there and not out on the streets able to drive cars.
Yet it's still legal. Ain't that something.
18:02.. the seizure Tammy is "CLAIMING" most likely was caused by alcoholism and withdrawal
Shes gained everyone's protien too!
That's not Tammy Sytch, that's the woman who *ATE* Tammy Sytch!
I love and respect Dutch, tremendously, but I disagree. I don’t commend the judge. She should have gotten the 27 years maximum, hands down.
17.6 years is a very long time to be in prison. People suggesting it's a weak sentence probably wouldn't last five minutes locked up.
Candido’s revenge is a hell of a karma
For an alcoholic with a tolerance cultivated over years/decades, at .32 she may have shown & felt very few indicators of her level of intoxication aside from her ability to process information in a timely manner. It may not have been apparent to those who may have been around her that she was as wasted as she was, especially if all of their interactions with her were when she was just as drunk.
Jail and prison food is heavy starch. Lunch meat and posta. That's pretty much it
But they have exercise time and equipment, like damn.
If Tammy could have kept her head on straight, she probably would have transitioned to a backstage role as a producer or road agent, and probably would have bern retired by now with a cozy nets egg. No one to blame but herself.
15:00 dude its true, Tammy's gotten HUGE, and shes not Hot anymore ,and her looks have stopped saving her. Her luck just Ran Out
She deserves to rot in jail. She is pathetic and should be ashamed of herself!
I agree with Dutch - its not okay to nake fun of her weight. Make fun of her criminal activities!
RVD- 420 blazing 24/7
And those are just the admitted ones, according to a few basically everyone other than Dreamer, Jerry Lynn, Spike and a few others I forget were at least drinking, smoking weed, or popping Benzos, YET TAMMY WAS THE ONLY ONE WHO GOT SUSPENDED! That says ALOT when RVD, even said that Paul E knew about it, and would simply ask if everyone can do their own thing in the parking lot and not in the building because something about insurance or something like that, but he said that people were out there drinking and smoking weed, shooting up, etc. and yet Tammy was the only one who messed up for even ECW standards, or lack there of
Lmfao.
This man needs a name. He was a human being a son a Father and might have been a grandfather. Trying to to get home and was killed.
