I have an FA scale, case trimmer, wet tumbler, and hand-primer. A couple of years worth of use on all of them and no issues. Great value for the money. And the gen 2 case trays are phenomenal.
I just bought an intellidropper before Christmas. I'm on my third one. First one died on the first day of use, it just gave up. Second one, the Bluetooth didn't work and the touchscreen died so there's no way use it. The touchscreen just died three hours ago. Good call on the new screen.
Why on earth do you keep trying to ride the same dead horse and wonder why you arnt getting anywhere? This is what trying to save a couple bucks works out to in the long run
Had mine for several months. Bluetooth went out and screen became difficult to use. Worked when it wanted to sort of thing. Read lots of reviews of the same nature. However, a simple call and I was sent a brand new unit within a week. The customer service and price compared to competitors is what makes these a viable option.
The Lyman brass smith presses are made in USA too. I have the all American 8 turret on the bench since I just got it recently. Seems to be a solid unit. Only thing is the spent primers sometimes either get hung up on the top of the tray or fall on the floor. Decapped 100 556 cases tonight and had about 5 not go in the tray as expected. Not a big deal to me but may be for some.
Where is it made? Lyman brass smith presses including all American 8 turret is sub $300, cast iron, and made in USA. Heavy unit too. Love the ole case prep center and wet tumbler lite tho.
Yes, but one thing to remember about reloading. It's a never-ending rabbit hole. I highly suggest you go ahead and buy the wet tumbler too, and the dryer.
Yes, its probably the best bang for the buck. I have their M-Press and the intellidropper as well as a bunch of the brass cleaning equipment. I'd recommend you avoid these new ones and go with the M-Press which sells for $250 but you could prob find it cheaper.
For just a little more money, I think you could do better with scale by purchasing either the RCBS or the Hornady powder measures. As others have mentioned, neither of those are Chinese products.
@@MarkRichards-z4w I would skip the electric powder dispenser. . Start with something like rcbs beam scale. Those powder measures are really meant if you are reloading a bunch of rifle rounds. You would want a Manuel scale. To check the electronic one anyways. If you are only going to reload rifle. Get the single stage. The turrent press is nice if you are doing pistol. The amount of pistol dies used are more. Plus normally you would shoot allot more pistol rounds. So the turret press lets you leave the dies setup. Less swapping back and forth.
Are these presses, like most of FA product line, made in China? As an American and Veteran, I refuse to reload with Chinese made equipment. Some things in life you can’t escape the China thing, but for a hobby--I will not purchase.

same here. 4 years of use and zero issues with any of their products.
Same! Nice seeing them release some updates!
Super interested in the powder measure. Curious to see how well it measures extruded powders.

If two of an item breaks on you, maybe don't buy another of the same brand?
@@Pallidumthey could have gotten replacements on warranty
I literally had the same exact problems with mine. FA sucks

According to your own reloading press review on Ultimate Reloader, the RCBS is probably the one to have.
And the RCBS is made in 🇺🇸 0

I was able to stop by and see the FA products. Definitely some nice improvements on the gear

The powder drain on the powder measure is amazing. That's my main gripe with the 1.0 The powder drain is horrible.
Where are they made? China?
Bejing Arsenal?
Exactly. I'm they would've mentioned if they were now made in 🇺🇸
Like the turret press, can’t wait to see it action.
According to your reloading press review, the RCBS is probably the one to have.superb job
Add a quick release that adds the right torque each time to the turret.
Yay!! a new intellidropper.....
small iterative improvements are a good sign that they are using their own products
I am interested in doing my own reloading, would this equiptment be okay for a newbie?
Yes, but one thing to remember about reloading. It's a never-ending rabbit hole. I highly suggest you go ahead and buy the wet tumbler too, and the dryer.
And the best equipment you can afford. You will eventually get there so jump to the best if possible. Spoken from experience

We need a reliable and affordable milligram scale!
Nice turret press, and 35lbs,it's not a toy.
Still made in China? If so that's a deal breaker.
I would assume so! You're the only person in here with some sense. I personally would never consider purchasing Chinese reloading equipment.
Good prices but thier reviews not so good
The M-press is good if you use our die blocks. These new presses look mint though, might grab one.

Why
A lot of $ for being made in China
Having a 0.1 accuracy isn't going to cut it for me. It needed to be 0.01 accuracy. That would have been sweet.
You are looking at a much different price bracket then.
0.1 resolution, .02 accuracy I believe is what the old one is specifies. I don’t see any reason they would change it
@@Poor_Boy_Precision Nope, it was a .1 resolution and accuracy. That's not good enough for me.
I caught the sarcasm
Then you already have an fx and don’t want this either way. So that doesn’t make sense
Made in china = im out.
Why?
Need more accessories for the X-10 like rifle bullet feeder.
If I had the talent to make videos like this, I'd be a RUclips star by now💋
No worries ho-bot. Positive Possum believes you can do the thing!
