man, seeing how small amy is next to tammy and knowing that they used to be around the same size a couple of years ago is kind of sad.

Tammy was 600 Amy was 400 Tammy was almost double Amy’s size. And any is around 288 here so only lost 112 which is crazy everyone acts like she’s lost so much but she lost 112 and Tammy has gained 50-60lbs which make Amy look like she’s lost more but really Tammy’s gained
I like that she's actually concerned about Amy but Tammy should feel the same as how she wants Amy to feel when others are concerned about her health.

I understand her concern because I had Gastric Sleeve done, I'm 6 months now and I can only eat like half a taco and you risk your stomach stretching and can cause complications, if I ever fathom to eat my body makes me throw it out which is worse in the long run

It's actually nice to see Tammy care for Amy like this. Yes it's hypocritical, but there's so much to take from this.
1.) Tammy cares about her family's health. A lot of people tend to care and put other people's health before their own. This was something Amy struggled with for a while.
2.) You can see exactly how this is such a strong mental issue with Tammy. The fact she recognizes that it's unhealthy and doesn't want Amy to indulge it, yet has a hard time stopping herself, shows that this is a form of self harm/self destruction for her. If Tammy was truly evil like people claim her to be, she'd try and drag everyone down with her and encourage this.
The sad part is that this should’ve been her response when they started the weight loss journey. The bare minimal should’ve been Tammy caring like this - now feels too late.
@@tweetedn I definitely agree. From other snippets of the show you can see Tammy has checked out completely, and this checking out is probably what's pushed her to at least be more vocal about how she cares about their health.
I think everyone, even her, knows it's there's no return for Tammy. When my husbands grandfather realized he was dying he stopped being impatient with grandmother. It's tragic that sometimes death literally has to be knocking on the door for people to change how they treat others.
I've never seen tammy care so much before. She should care about herself that way, too.

I’m not pregnant and that sounds good.
When I was pregnant I didn't have any cravings at all. Just ate my vegetarian food, took vitamins. Gained 7kg. Lost it in a month after giving birth to our son. My mother was the same. No cravings. My sister had cravings but ignored them. Amy is doing good now btw.
I was about the same. We have 8 kids and I only gained between 6-15lbs each time. Didnt really show until 8 months and all of them but 1 were 8lbs and over. Only one of them I had a terrible easy cheese craving. I wanted it on everything and I dont eat it normally. Only ever had it 2 times before that when I was a kid. I'm glad I was very lucky.

I actually ate a lot better when I was pregnant. I only gained about 10 pounds.

The cravings are really real. U can never eat too much when ur pregnant but the foods u do eat are important
Pregnant women aren't "eating for two;" it's eating for one adult plus a little bitty fetus (and, toward the end, a closer-to-full-sized infant).

My mum was vegetarian for 13 years and when she got pregnant with me she craved meat so bad she never went back 😭

I weighed 210 when I delivered my son, who weighed 9'6 1\2 inches long, I lost all that weight, 29 years ago. I know losing weight is very hard, but knowing too much weight causes alot of other bad stuff. Food does not have to control you.

I love Amy too, don't get me wrong, but does it really help that Amy is waving all this food around in Tammy's face or (according to Tammy) tempting her with the groceries she buys? I haven't been pregnant so I don't know if cravings are really powerful or whatever, but I don't think Amy should be doing that. Other that that, Amy's a QWEEN👑

When I was pregnant, I literally could not get full at all. I would just get tired of chewing. 😂
I don’t eat fruit that much because I just don’t like them, but when I was pregnant, fruit was all I craved and ate. Now I can’t stop eating fruits.

I am 8 months pregnant and constantly using the excuse of “u don’t know what it’s like to be pregnant” to eat unhealthy and gain unnecessary weight is not a good excuse. I’m vegan and have been for 9 years not telling anyone to be a vegan but in my whole pregnancy I only gained 20 pounds my starting weight is 150 and the highest I’ve been in my pregnancy is 170 I’m 160 right now and 8 1/2 months pregnant. Healthy pregnancy is possible

I just hope Amy is careful not to gain to much weight. I read two books that said pregnancy cravings are a myth. I do love how much fun the family has together. Im so happy Chris got his surgery he worked so hard to get it.
Cravings during pregnancy aren’t a myth. Not everyone gets them. That doesn’t mean they aren’t real, and Amy has lost 140+ pounds last time I checked.

It’s amazing that Amy was able to carry a baby. I’m 5’10, 190 pounds and my doctor keeps telling me that I’m not healthy enough to carry. Even though for my height, I’m relatively thin in the waist with wide hips, which is the perfect body type for birthing. I’m kind of jealous and sad. 😞 People who don’t take care of themselves couldn’t possibly care for a baby. I’ve done everything to no avail. I exercise, eat healthy, and stay away from harmful substances like tobacco and alcohol. I hope she knows how lucky she is to have not only one, but two healthy babies. I just don’t get it.
