My mom had a feral in her back yard, he was really friendly until we got him fixed and he was not happy with us. He got sick and was losing weight, my mom had him inside for the Winter. I'd always stop and say hi to him, he hid on a chair under the dining room table. I also slipped him little treats, he didn't eat much but forced those down until the end. First day of Spring he wanted outside, we went out with him and he gave us so much love. Really enjoyed the pets but he refused to come back in and that was the last time we saw him. He said goodbye.
This is something I don't even want to think about

Had to speed through this, a subject I hate to think about.
