Eggs with a blood spot are perfectly safe to use, if you want to remove spot with knife tip go ahead. It is a result of the egg laying or ovulati g process. Usually weeded out thru the illuminating inspection. But she used brown eggs which are harder to detect blood spots. FDAsays these eggs are perfectly save. Throw out egg if you are still concerned.

Hello from Phoenix, Arizona USA. Your recipes are interesting and look tasty but impossibly slow and boring. I read and understand that you are showing young or inexperienced cooks. But in that case I wish you would make a special series on cooking techniques. I noticed you rarely make a “claw” with the hand holding the food to protect it from the knife in the other hand. And do some prep of the food. OK. So we see you cutting a veg, and I’m relieved that your done, NO! You pick up the second half and start again. Please think this through. I mean well telling you this. You could make your videos much more interesting.
I suggest, if you’re impatient, fast forward the video during the time you’re about to fall asleep to. There are some viewers find the full length recipes very soothing to watch. Problem solved, everyone happy.
The recipe ingredients are in the description. I usually go there first to see if there’s anything in there I don’t like. If so, I don’t have to waste my time watching the video.

Did anyone notice that one of the eggs has a bit of blood on the side of it? To me, that means that it shouldn't have been added to the mix. That is why eggs should be added to a separate container before adding each one to the bowl that has other ingredients in it.
You obviously are confusing a t iny blood spot with a rotten egg. S8nce the eggs are going to be cooked, why is this any different than cooking ground beef with LOTS more blood? What a bunch of whooses!
