The crossover I NEVER thought I'd see lmao. As a progressive and fan of jreg this is a wild clash of energies, sincere Matt vs Jreg who is merely in-character but both somehow vibing and deriving value from this.
@kukuruzayevhenii8764 I'm Canadian too, but the difference is I'm right. "As of 2023, approximately 73% of the U.S. population continues to receive fluoridated water." www.cdc.gov/index.html "Percent without fluoridated systems Canada wide: 61.2% www.canada.ca/en/public-health/services/publications/healthy-living/community-water-fluoridation-across-canada.html#t1 Whoops.
Bro is debating with himself whether it's even possible to be "further right than Trump" - trump is fine with abortion, pro gay marriage and printed loads of money. Half of Trump's base are further right than Trump.
"I want democrats to be motivated like they were for BLM" I mean same but last time around that motivation elected us Mr. "Fund the police" himself, I think that motivation is going to be tough to find without something pretty substantive to rally around.
@menkaragamble8175 criticism of biden is not endorsement of trump. You can actually think 2 things are bad at the same time, even if one is worse! Literal children can understand that so I know you can get there also if you try hard, I believe in you :)
Interesting interview. Will check this guy out, but my gawd, this guy needs to stop the making that tongue to roof of his mouth sound before almost every statement. If the mouth is dry, reconcile before speaking.
i hate to be this person but i think Matt really needs to take a break from the news and Internet for a little bit, I haven't listened to him talk about politics for a while since life has been too busy for me to engage with the more pundit side of news reporting, and maybe this is just indicative of how far deep into things I was before, but dear goodness does he come across as out of touch at so many points in the first segment alone. Firstly, the weirdly condescending manner in which he asked jreg how he is using his platform as a way to try to put him on the spot, given the manner in which jreg operates as a character, really just seems unnecessary and carries the implications of him somehow viewing himself to be in a position of arbitration, over what topics are supposedly the most just and important, and over the standards which are being imposed on his peers
I think it's more that he didn't know who JREG was. The question would have made sense if it was someone like Vaush or Naomi, but less sense with sarcasm/irony filled JREG.
@@Iban-Underground I disagree, this kind of questioning reduces complex social and political issues to simple metrics of public actions or statements. I worry it contributes to (or is a symptom of) the growing risk of turning genuine advocacy into a performance for approval and personal social capital for influencers rather than a substantive, committed, and genuine effort for an important cause. Performative advocacy often promotes only shallow conversations that don't delve into the complexities of the conflict, historical context, or diverse perspectives... which there are many of in this case.
@@Iban-Underground This is such an interesting and unique interview because Matt keeps asking fully serious political questions only to be hit by Jregs biting irony and sarcasm
Wild that PV let JREG do his thing. Good on Matt for being a good sport

Jegular Reg
Jreg and Matt. Matt and Jreg.
Amazin'
Saw Canada in the title, immediately clicked
I thought the thumbnail of Matt Binder & Jreg was of Destiny & Jreg, and I thought the thumbnail of Vaush & Matt Binder was of Vaush & Destiny.
I don't know who let jREG participate in this, but I'm so glad they did
Shouldn’t asked Jreg how he feels about Vyvanse
In Canada we don't drink more floride than the USA but i like the joke anyways
In Canada, we drink milk in bags
Yes you do, Jreg said you do and he is canadian. I think he knows better

Whoops.
Huh. Very interesting
Until today I thought it was pronounced "Jay-Reg" like Jpg/Jpeg is "Jay-Peg" and it was a pun with Greg. "Jreg" breaks my entire view of reality.
Optimaxxers in the Jregory fandom exist
(he hates us 😔 ♥️)

MORE VIEWS FOR PV SPOTLIGHT, INTERNET GODS
