The hands of the normal skeletons are actually pretty easy to bend with a heat gun! Just go slow cause they can burn if you over heat a spot for too long
I end up donating a lot of the props that can be used again. Like furniture and big stuff that could be used again. I try to sell off a lot of stuff, and then I hoard the rest 😆!!
Those Ultra Poseable skeletons are the NEW 12 ft skeletons. I was lucky to get one a few weeks ago. Haven't seen them since then.

I’ve never tried them, I did heat gun the skeleton dogs and they were tough.
