I'd make it a law that folks get city supplies military quality tents and a platform to put it up off the sidewalk and make sure they have electrical hook ups and train for job force . And I'd treat people with respect and I'd focus on humanizing and providing habitability utilities and pay folks to run their blocks correctly for starts . I have a fucking plan. It's respecting the people and focusing on conditions . Then I'd treat people as the experts on what will help. We are people , NOT PROBLEMS . problems are hate speech , citizens being too busy and lazy to care or be aware of how bureaucratic systems calamders are run on fiscal time periods and how no one is checking the nonprofits management . It's all gold hammers and 25000 dollar a outhouse village shed human petting zoo and more fails

Make the homeless pass a drug test first, if they pass let them in. Make them keep their rooms clean, make them keep the restrooms clean. Charge them 10 dollars a week to help pay the lease, that's 40 dollars a month.
