FYI we used to call the bottom end of your Paradise loop through the Gibbston valley “The Wine trail” when we did it on visual approaches in the ATR (lots of wineries). Can confirm- the hills through the Mototapu are indeed pretty bald like that. That’s the high country station Canadian singer Shanaia Twain used to own.
Looks like really fun! I guess I'll need to take the Hawk a look. I've in the market for a some sort simple jet like that for FS2020. With steam gauges so I could try to replicate it at least partly in Airmanager.

As long as we get to drink whilst flying. Starts off tidy, ends a mess.
So basically, we get an airline to fly us there, then pay a pilot to fly us about while we drink and film….

It’s an excellent aircraft, just be sure to trim before take off otherwise it’s like lifting an elephant off the ground

As far as I know the flight model is fairly accurate. The buffeting etc is very immersive
It's a great plane to fly. It can be a handful if you're really booking it though.
