Guitar Improvisation Tips pt7: Limitation Exercises & How To Use Them
Welcome to the seventh part of my new series of guitar improvisation and phrasing tips.
“There’s no limit” sung terrible Dutch techno duo ‘2 Unlimited’ on their awful 1993 single “No Limits” - but that’s another story and is in no way related to this video…
In this lesson, we look at some creative ways to incorporate limitation exercises into your practice sessions to improve your phrasing, fretboard knowledge, sense of rhythm and general musicality.
I let the C Dorian backing track run throughout the video and at the end, so you can try out some of the ideas for yourself.
Please note that there is no TAB for this lesson as all of the licks are improvised (including the mistakes!)
    Have fun!

Okay, my friend.. I just subscribed and I will watch you going forward, but, please don't have the backing track playing quite so loud while you're talking to us.. it's making it difficult to listen to you. Just some constructive criticism, I hope. Carry On!
