The Perfect Canelé

- Originating from Bordeaux, Canelé has been a beloved French dessert for a while, they are difficult to find though.
They are without a doubt a captivating and interesting dessert, with that gorgeous crust formed by the high heat baking and that custard interior is something that together are magic!
Here is my recipe on how to make this beauty at home!

Ingredients for 11 canelés
375ml whole milk
150g caster sugar
50 ml rum
1 vanilla bean
90g A.P. flour
30g unsalted butter
75g eggs
25g egg yolks
Pinch of salt
