I did that with my son's home for 5 years while he was upside down on his house. I rented it for $500 less than his rent but I didn't wreck it. The next door neighbor just remodeled his rental. Brand new everything. He told them no pets. They brought a dog and told him that they gave the dog away. I had a fenced in yard and offered them to let the dog stay there for a bit until he got his daughter to pick it up. When they left, the dog had been inside the whole time. Ruined everything. Covered in dog shit and piss. Some people are subhuman

I live in boring Arkansas and our views are better here sadly. I can see why nobody wanted to buy it. All you see is smog & junk. The owners were prob so wealthy that $11 Million was probably a tiny loss or maybe they got an insurance pay off since it was destroyed by criminals. (I haven’t checked the history obviously so I don’t know, just guessing.) If they would’ve cared they would’ve paid groundskeepers to maintain & guard it. Sorry to be all negative it just shocks me that people pay millions for constant traffic, bad air quality, and views that are boring & depressing. Maybe at night it is cooler? Also the entire place is all about showing off to other elites…I can’t imagine ever finding comfort living in a place like that. Thanks for the video, very cool place.
You know its a shame that a few have to ruin it for all.
You mean like the 1% who own homes like this and produce 50% of the greenhouse gases? 67,000 people died in the EU from heat in 2022.
What an absolute shame!
The “stuff on the ceiling” around 22 min is called crown molding- the ornate, fancy stuff where the wall meets the ceiling 😉
You ought to see my furniture. I wont even let anyone come in. I am so ashamed. Never thought i would be this poor. To think all of that is wssted makes me sick. I see them destroy all of the old mansions to put up more shit..
Nasty people moved in and destroyed it of course. No respect.Get a job people!
I don’t understand why squatters trash houses they occupy. You’re sheltered, you should be repairing it if anything.
Clearly this house did not have an alarm system…. It’s a shame it didn’t.
Great video bro ❤ just to let you know this sounds working fine for me
Thank you
16:34 5 million maybe good cleaning crew for 10K squatters sorta were gentle on this property.
You keep acting surprised it’s abandoned. They got the hell out of that state. Can’t blame them.
Wow, what is the point of these losers destroying such a beautiful home. I hate squatters and bums
Los Angeles is now just full of bums, junkies, mentally ill and squatters.
Awesome video bro,😎👍💯
Must have been the place to be back in the day!🥳🎉🎊
Great Content!👌
Be safe out there!🙏✌️
I think it's hilarious. California's government brought this upon themselves lol
You really get around man, now in California. Another great explore, I don't know how people just leave something that beautiful abandoned. I'm sure they could have sold in taking a loss on it instead of just having it sit there & rot.
I agree!
Grew up in Beverly Hills and then I went to France. I thought BH homes where nice. But France is so much nicer. Especially the chateaux ! But this house does Not need to be gutted. It’s all fixable.
Portugal has gorgeous old abandoned mansions too that are amazing
Why anyone would want a house that ridiculously big is insane
I would have offered to live there till they sell it. And this would of never happened 😢
Tell the owner I will get ready to sale for a 150k-1/3 upfront and he furnishes material. 😅 let's make a video of that
🙏 please do !!!! Pleeeeeeeaaaaase !!!!
Its ridiculous that people need homes this size.
"out here in Cali, it gets pretty cold"
🤣🤣🤣🤣
I can't imagine how beautiful it would have been during a thunderstorm
Come check out the abandoned mall in Aberdeen Washington.
I can't understand the vandalism and the destruction. When I was ten and buddy was elven,we found a abandoned house with everything in it it had stuff thrown everywhere. We rolled up our sleeves and we hung all the clothes back in the closets, beat the rugs out swept the whole house dusted and left it looking like we thought the owner left it. What wrong with people?
That fountain looks just like the same fountain in one of drakes homes… free mason stuff..
If this was an inexpensive home in the city the police would say the "squatters" had the right to stay.
Great video! Big risk, big reward. Good job...
Could you imagine them squatting but actually fixing the thing up instead of tearing it up ?
The paintin on the cealing is called gold leaf cornesses my x was a painter he lernt it in trade school . What amazes me is this place cost a small fortune and the owners just abanded it what a shame 😢please honey blow your nose its driving me crazy
Or do a snot Rocket .
The water damage is probably from the homeless FLOODING it, bathrooms, pool, all that.
