The owners should be penalized into oblivion. Even though you put this mansion up for sale and moved out you should be forced to still take care of the property. Then again rich people get away with everything. L.A. is just a prime example of a sh1thole 🙄

From 2020 until now seeing this place is upsetting... I remember seeing on video all the nice furniture, all the beds were amazing, everything was nice and still intact, except one spot was cracked on the marble stairs from homeless workers that found a way in after 8pm... and 4 years later.. its trashed. All because there was no one to stop the homeless from getting in and destroying it all...SMH. I remember the top patio had a cover for shade, and the movie screen was huge.
One area not visited in this video was the secret room hidden behind closet that had the bedding on the floor, and mattress up against entrance area. Excellent job showing all the details and windows etc.. many don’t pay attention to. Subscribed 👍🛎

The actual previous owner (s) don't even care about losing that mansion. They have hundreds of millions, if not billions, and making millions every week, or even each day. They could have donated half of the money it cost for this place, and still could have had a fantastic home. We also don't know if their money was legal, but could be the result of investing their first million. They pay cash for the house, and have no problem with abandoning it, at all. This is obviously what really makes the homeless upset. They don't even have a dumpster to call their own, and instead of murdering the rich owners, they are so upset, they destroy the possessions, in order to compensate for the horrible circumstances that put them into their current situations. Our society is terribly brutal, without any intention to be that way. Selling the contents, would be a great idea to keep the homeless from having weapons handy, to vent their horrible frustration and anxiety. I can't imagine how they feel. I have stayed in a friend's storage closet for a few months, but nothing like being awoken by police every morning, and being told to move along, and find another doorway to sleep in. No closet for your clothes, so you only have to change back into dirty, smelly, clothes, that you have no money to clean. There is so much we wouldn't realize, and still see the rich people not donating money to local causes. It's a horror show in every way. The more technology we have, the higher the unemployment goes up, and a levee from each sale of housing over two million dollars should be taxed an additional 10% for donations to homeless rehoming projects. In a year, there would be tons of money to have accommodation that meets the needs of recipients. Many of them don't know where to go to get help, or have resources to get there. It's a horror movie to be in that position.

Great vid, man. The house sits empty because it's too opulent. Just to operate a structure of this size with utilities would cost a ginormous amount of money.

I wouldn’t think an exclusive neighborhood would be a place where homeless people are wondering around breaking into houses? It doesn’t make any sense. But that was a very cool house .

That view should be beautiful but (no offense to anyone) there is nothing to see but the overcrowded overrun city & a little bit of greenery. I live in boring Arkansas and our views are better here sadly. I can see why nobody wanted to buy it. All you see is smog & junk. The owners were prob so wealthy that $11 Million was probably a tiny loss or maybe they got an insurance pay off since it was destroyed by criminals. (I haven’t checked the history obviously so I don’t know, just guessing.) If they would’ve cared they would’ve paid groundskeepers to maintain & guard it. Sorry to be all negative it just shocks me that people pay millions for constant traffic, bad air quality, and views that are boring & depressing. Maybe at night it is cooler? Also the entire place is all about showing off to other elites…I can’t imagine ever finding comfort living in a place like that. Thanks for the video, very cool place.

I did that with my son's home for 5 years while he was upside down on his house. I rented it for $500 less than his rent but I didn't wreck it. The next door neighbor just remodeled his rental. Brand new everything. He told them no pets. They brought a dog and told him that they gave the dog away. I had a fenced in yard and offered them to let the dog stay there for a bit until he got his daughter to pick it up. When they left, the dog had been inside the whole time. Ruined everything. Covered in dog shit and piss. Some people are subhuman

I can't understand the vandalism and the destruction. When I was ten and buddy was elven,we found a abandoned house with everything in it it had stuff thrown everywhere. We rolled up our sleeves and we hung all the clothes back in the closets, beat the rugs out swept the whole house dusted and left it looking like we thought the owner left it. What wrong with people?
