I struggle to understand how and why people with so much money decide to build properties so large that they could 'quite literally' get lost in them. Property taxes and running costs of such an immense property must run into thousands every year. Money better spent on developing smaller properties, building a portfolio, and reaping the benefits in the letting market sounds like a better investment, in my opinion.
