    Martyn just might be the best personal trainer in the world. The way he pushed Eddie past his limit is pretty incredible.

    • @llamacebu216
      @llamacebu216 22 дня назад

      He's a body builder.
      They're all the greatest. Every technique has already been created. Martyn does nothing special but stay on the same routine. Yes there are ways to lift certain weights different ways but those too already known.
      Great bodybuilders are all around greatness meaning he should be able to do 1 foot dumbbell squat and push up or therapy ball 1 handed push ups. He cannot.
      Martyn does follow a strict routine but he's mainly using steroids and just pushing heavy weight for his arms and legs while ignoring stretching before and after and most important, core. That's why his abs look tight amd chunky instead fully squared. Arms should have a perfect horseshoe if you work your arms thr correct way including your lower bad

      This wasn’t intended to create an argument. It’s just part of the sport and it’s a dangerous part of the sport. Talking about it might help a beginner who is starting to take juice and doesn’t fully understand the risks or the safest way to go about it. Having input from a professional who reached the top of their field would be not only insightful, but potentially save lives and prolong careers.

    I did heavy squat and deadlift, followed by 3,5times my bodyweight on yoke walk last tuesday...everything was fine...the morning after, used my foam rolling, cracked a rib...HO SWEET IRONY XD.
    Keep it up Eddie, started training for strongman after I watched you, and I'm 35 years old! see...you inspire even the old lads like me :D

    Not even a chichen wing of doubt about how hard they are training,personally i've never seen so hard workouts and i have seen a ton of workout videos.The aura of these guys are always great and especially strongmen's ones,they seem to really be simple,genuine and nice people.I think when go through hells and hells to reach your goals and your body and soul have seen everything,you get tired of being the bad guy,you get humbled and trully believe in people's equality,at least i hope so.
