This is a TAS (Tool-Assisted Speedrun/Superplay) as stated in the title. TAS software allows for framerate slowdowns so the user can very precisely enter controller/keyboard inputs of any type at specific times and then play the whole thing back at normal speed. They're more proof of concept than anything, searching for normally impossible (in realtime) optimizations that overall help to showcase an idealized or "perfect" run as the end product.
some ubertricks are programmed to be able to land before their animation is complete. for example, the Hand in Hand, has two board rotations before the animation completes. however, you can land the trick during the first of those two spins, completely ignoring the second one. the scooter is the same in that the rider pushes the board off to their side, but can land while the board is still sticking out like that. as for Sad Sack, it has a strange property.. that property being the ability to cut off its own animation by the player holding a grab button. tl;dr badly programmed tricks that allow you to land early or cut them off prematurely.
