Very insightful and helpful information! You make a lot of sense and have good data to back up your points. I'm lucky to still rent at an affordable rate

Keep saving your money and take advantage of it when/if the market changes. A lot has changed already, but with interest rates where they are at it's pretty darn expensive to buy. Still makes sense if you're paying market rents, but if you're under market rent, just keep saving and you'll be in a better position when / if things shift.

A better question might have been who used to be the major employers...Lumber. Now, Wine...and ?? Hmmm...Not growing too steadily but they are trying to hold on!! A great community to raise a family.

Anthony My company may be relocating me and my family out to Roseburg . We have three horses , and my question is how is the horse community and horse property out there ??

Hi Jose! There is plenty of horse property here in the Umpqua Valley. Check out the North Bank hiking trail video. That's a popular place for trail riding in the area. Horse property demands a pretty penny, but they do come up! Let us know if there's anything we can do to help, my friend!

I'm unfamiliar with some of the terms you used: Bull run? 🐂 Black swan? 🦢

A bull market, also known as a bull run, is a long, extended period in the market when overall stock prices are on the rise. A bear market on the other hand would be the opposite. Generally either refers to a change 20% or more in one direction
A black swan is an unpredictable event that is beyond what is normally expected of a situation and has potentially severe consequences. COVID-19 and the lockdowns that followed would be a perfect example of a black swan event. Nobody saw it coming and it had terrible consequences on the market.
