    Watch this video full screen on your computer, then you will experience how I experience the flight with my fpv googles on. In this video I flew with my modified Betafpv meteor 75 pro ruclips.net/video/2C1fCqvQK1I/видео.html at these two amazing spots. At the first spot with Betafpv Lava 450mah Lipo and at the second spot with Betafpv Lava 550mah. I flew 4 lipos per spot. The outside temperature was around 27 degrees celsius. And from no wind to a little wind. Many thanks to my girlfriend who accompanied me to this spot and pushed me to visit this spot this summer. It's a very cool spot. Maybe I'll come back to this spot this summer. And maybe with my new 5inch drone.
    My fpv video gear: Goggle is good old Fatshark HD3. Antennas are Lumenier Axii 2 90 degrees stubby. Nothing special. For me the biggest step for good video reception was the rapidfire vtx module in my googles.

    I dont normally like watching racing footage but this was freaking awesome. Loved how you took the bando location, but turned it into a race track. I would probably just be there fumbling around trying powerloops through gaps but now i think i want to start trying stuff like you are doing!

    No man that's not like a 5" drone.. It's because you are a great pilot!! 😆 Very nice spot and great skills! 💪

      Thanks my friend! That definitely contributes to it hehe😁. But honestly, due to the first structure, you would have to accelerate quite a bit with the 5inch to be equally fast. I definitely have to go to this spot with the 5inch. Even though I don't know if he will survive🤣 That's the beauty of the whoops. Extremely durable.

    What a spot man! I think the 75 pro is perfect for a place like this. Just charging a bunch of 1s lipos is so much more convenient than the bigger quads. Crash and be right back up!

    • @butterflyfpv
      @butterflyfpv  Месяц назад

      Exactly! 😀 75 pro is a very good outdoor whoop.I wouldn't have thought it, but now I'm a fan of the 75 pro. Also because the lipo is quite well protected in the frame.

    Finally completed my very similar modifications (as much as I have had time effort to spare ) and getting it just under 31g in addition to using the lava has made it my favourite out door whoop now - UAVtech tune was the cherry for me

    For outdoors you absolutely have to try a 3" 1s quad. I run a 43g HDZero Eco version, 46g Walksnail, and 48g 3" DJI that sadly has to run on 2s. By far my favorite is the Walksnail with a 450mah - 720mah GNB. With the 450mah I get 5 minutes using Happymodel 1202.5's made by Fractal that are 11,500kv. I will be testing their 12,500kv motors next week, but I expect the flight time to be minutes longer than my Flywoo and RCINPower 1202.5 11,500kv motors. With a 720mah pack I'm able to get over 8 minutes with mild freestyle, so 6 should be possible no matter how hard you're flying.

      My friends also fly 1S 3inch tootpicks. They have proven themselves as efficient powerful drones. For me, anything with an open prop is not ideal because I like to fly racing and sometimes crash. Whoops are simply extremely durable. But 1S 3inch tootpicks are definitely cool drones. Maybe you are right. Maybe I'll build one in the future.
