I suggest you do your own research on reality shifting bc everyone's journey is different and things that makes sense to other may not make sense for you, but basically its making yourself aware of yourself in your desired reality, so assuming you like Naruto (the anime) You exist in that universe so you're just shifting your awareness to yourself in that reality, and scripting is just specifying the reality like with looks, abilities, s/o certain situations etc.
Shifting is the power to change realities, basically taking your consciousness to a higher level where you are able to do that, I would recommend you investigate Jacobo Grinberg's syntergic theory, I suppose it is related. There are infinite realities, you can travel to anyone and wherever you want, there are multiple methods but these are only an aid or to make it "easier", but they are not necessary, neither is the script, it is optional, you can travel to your DR with only having the intention. AR is your current reality, the one you are currently living in WAITING ROOM is like a waiting room where you can perfect your scripts, etc. I don't remember much about reality but there was another one called RO which means DREAM REALITY, I think that in that one you go sleeping and you come back sleeping (Sorry if there is something wrong, I don't speak English, I'm using Google translate)
