Here's some visualization ideas :) When the video starts imagine a huge field. Filled with wheat, grass, flowers whatever you want. Imagine your current reality self in this field. I prefer to see myself with my hair down and in a white dress. (Makes me feel new and pure, ready to shift) your cr self is laying in the field at the beginning of the song. You wake up and look around. You then stand and take in the field. Reaching your arms out to touch the long grass, flowers, etc. You spin in a slow circle and when you turn you see a magnificent tree. Its tall and looks old, yet sturdy. You walk to it and by this point in the song she's singing "I was running far away" as you climb the tree. When you reach the top you walk on a branch as if it was a tight rope, you see something in the distance. Something that calls you. You climb back down the tree and walk through this field, it goes on and on your hands out feeling the grass. Then the music picks up again and she's singing I was running far away. You feel a big gush of wind from behind its pushing you towards the end of the field, the place that's calling you. you stare at that area wondering what could be there. The wind pushes you again and you start walking, faster this time. The music seems as if its in slow motion and then wind pushes you. You begin to run but its in slow motion. You run and run and run and the music gets faster and yoh run at a normal pace. Faster and faster with the wind behind you. You keep running until you make it to a cliff without thinkin, while still running you leap. And fall with your arms stretched on either side of you. falling falling but your not scared, you feel free. shifting is 100% real. while i haven’t shifted yet i’m certain i will soon. every time i try i get extremely strong symptoms, i can’t even describe it but it’s something i wouldn’t never experience unless i was trying to shift. don’t lose hope. every time you try to shift, you shifte to one realty closer to shifting.
Here's some visualization ideas :) When the video starts imagine a huge field. Filled with wheat, grass, flowers whatever you want. Imagine your current reality self in this field. I prefer to see myself with my hair down and in a white dress. (Makes me feel new and pure, ready to shift) your cr self is laying in the field at the beginning of the song. You wake up and look around. You then stand and take in the field. Reaching your arms out to touch the long grass, flowers, etc. You spin in a slow circle and when you turn you see a magnificent tree. Its tall and looks old, yet sturdy. You walk to it and by this point in the song she's singing "I was running far away" as you climb the tree. When you reach the top you walk on a branch as if it was a tight rope, you see something in the distance. Something that calls you. You climb back down the tree and walk through this field, it goes on and on your hands out feeling the grass. Then the music picks up again and she's singing I was running far away. You feel a big gush of wind from behind its pushing you towards the end of the field, the place that's calling you. you stare at that area wondering what could be there. The wind pushes you again and you start walking, faster this time. The music seems as if its in slow motion and then wind pushes you. You begin to run but its in slow motion. You run and run and run and the music gets faster and yoh run at a normal pace. Faster and faster with the wind behind you. You keep running until you make it to a cliff without thinkin, while still running you leap. And fall with your arms stretched on either side of you. falling falling but your not scared, you feel free. You tuck your arms and your body turns your now falling on your back and the music changes sounds almost like a clock when you collide with water you sink and sink until you reach the end and your body goes through the water as if you're coming up from the surface ( for example, enter here ---|-- water---|---another surface) when you resurface your soaking wet and standing ankle deep in water. You look up and see your desired reality (Hogwarts is mine, the next few things is based on Hogwarts) you look up and see Hogwarts in the distance. Behind you you here a train you turn around quickly and run up a small hill then grab the rails at the end of the train. You run through the doors on the back of the train and down the aisle until you reach your compartment, with all your comfort characters. And then you see your dr self. Leaning against the window sleeping. You walk towards them and sit down where they are, your body ghost like and fusing with theirs. Your dr self opens their eyes and you look through them..you are now your Dr self. Happy shifting

oh my lord i just layed down on my bed and i pictured a window and it was storming outside. i then visualized my dormitory (im trying to shift to hogwarts) and then i felt a weight next to me on the mattress and i looked over and i saw the top of draco's head on my chest and then i opened my eyes and now im back but oh. my. god. i am trying this tonight when im a bit more tired.
