Intelligent data extraction is a BIG issue, especially when it come to the data types, e:g for a geological data, using Latitude/Longitude as deg,min,sec vs degs, data type interconversions, as long they are the same data type should be available automatically or with manual overrides.
With a lot of corporation when it come to decision making, usually they semi-technical MBA or cross trained engineer usually take the COST and Hours or TIME as one of their primary decision making criteria. Off-course UX/UI are equally important but not decision making corporate personal are that much hands on, as you wish them to be when it come to a paradigm shift in their existing business models. Please consider seamless integration as a much higher priority when it comes to 24/7 round the running application. A request, at the beginning every APP sheet, there should be a simple questionnaire to help AI to further subjectively optimize the process even before data is introduced. e:g At the very beginning, the google App Sheet can have a questionnaire, I just used one of google doc "Project Proposal" template as an example, link given below.
