Why?? The G wagon is a beast off road. Having 3 mechanical lockers from factory in order to compensate for the road focused traction system is a great plan. It’s a completely different vehicle compared to the Range Rover. Both are insane off road and offer different things as an all around vehicle.
Great video. I personally rated the G wagon to be the ultimate number 1 position. When all the lockers are activated, it was clear the G wagon handles the terrain like nothing. But fair enough if this video's rate based on the equal equipment activated (means that it's not fair for G wagon to activate all the lockers for this comparison)

@@Will_14_years_ago that’s true the tyres is the most important thing in off-roading but with the off-roading tech in the range rovers will help it even more. Haha thanks Jones is my surname and thought JONESSZZY had a ring to it
The H2 was never an off-roader. When it came out it was a huge joke because from the factory it had very low ground clearance. None of the three American SUVs here are really designed to do anything but cruise the streets and navigate the occasional dirt road. It would be nice to see the G Wagon and Defender compared to the Bronco and Wrangler.
what about bringing a "VELAR" to the test, we all know how good range rovers are so it will be preety interesting to watch a rangerover not meant for this work taking on the challenge🤗
Great video, really helps us understand how each of the systems work. I have a new defender, and it works as advertised. Having owned a rig with tripled locked diffs, the defender is even better 95% of the time. Ever tried to turn left through an intersection with the front locked? Have fun with that, but my defender does it with no problems. It has all the advantages of being triple locked but drives like an open diff rig. It’s truly amazing. I would say only one thing, next time, leave the defender in its standard height mode for this test.
The Land Rover really is a piece of British engineering marvel, saying this as an Indonesian. But are you going to do more with the F-pace and Velar? i've seen the F-pace and E-pace in your other challenges and they were really impressive, imagine what a Velar could do
Wasn't the hummers fault that they did not know how to use the traction control. You have to be intelligent to know what Americans are capable of.......
Given there is the Range Rover Sport, LWB and even their cousin Land Rover Discovery, it would be good to see how the GLE and GLS would perform next to the familiar G63 AMG from the Merc family. The GLE is more common on the roads.
The big Range Rover has every capability and more then the Defender and Sport but still note worthy all three Land Rovers were in first and second position !! Go LAND ROVER and in comfort and style
Beautiful work once again, I love your channel. By the way, I didn't know that Range Rover Sport has no central lock or Terrain response system ( in Canada , my Rover has both centre and rear diff locks). Maybe different options are available in your country.
i like the videos, the effort must be extreme to gather the vehicles, setting time, day and place, good job. i do have a recommendation to add to the videos i.e the cost of the vehicle, the fuel economy and maintenance/resell cost etc, just a pic having the average costs. and literally if you add the value of cost to the equation all american vehicles would have failed terribly.
These new Land Rovers are excellent road SUVs for a quick stint off-road. The problem is the minimum rim size for these new Defenders is 19 inches (for a 6 cylinder engine anyway which is what you'll want), an 18'' won't fit because of the brakes. This seriously impacts off-road ability on trickier trails. I'd pick up a Rubicon or Bronco anytime for serious off-road - despite the marketing, this is not where new LRs are targeted anyway.
There is a video of defender going against heavily modified wrangler and bronco, defenders wheel arch was modified in order to accomodate the larger wheel base. And it performed great.

The haters can call them SUVs,pretenders or 'unreliable' the fact however remains that Land Rover products have superior off road capabilities.
In my neighborhood, there are like 2 LR, didn't get to hear about reliability issues till now? Don't know how it's unreliable in papers..
@@sparkly3989
Toyota reliability is a myth, their 2AZ engines is one of the most unreliable engines out there. Most people who say Land Rovers are unreliable have probably never owned one before.
I know range rover is high in their off road capabilities. Land rover is own by Indian company TATA motors. Proud to TATA motors 🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳 and proud to Indian.
It's still British you 🍩 😂🤦♂️ so because VW owns Lamborghini is lamborghini now German 😂
I HAVE INCURRED SO MUCH LOSSES TRADING ON MY OWN. I TRADE WELL ON DEMO BUT I THINK THE REAL MARKET IS MANIPULATED. CAN ANYONE HELP ME OUT OR AT LEAST TELL ME WHAT I'M DOING WRONG?
Same here, I wonder what wrong. My portfolio has been going down the drain while I try trading,l just don't know what I do wrong
Trading with an expert is the best strategy for newbies and busy investors who have little or no time to monitor trade
That's true most people today have been having a lot of failure in Forex and crypto sector because of poor orientation and bad experts
You don't need to be shock because I'm also a huge beneficiary of expert Mr Celso Fx Lorenzo
I stumbled upon one of his clients testimonies and decided to try him out...I'm Expecting my third cashout in 2days
Dude H2 has a TC button😂 stands for traction control😂
Happy owner of a RRS, not only amazing on road, but off road too!

That g wagon was way too smooth on the second run absolutely brilliant
Daym that Hummer just eats the terrain at speed, those shocks must be pretty good 👌
Hummer is just love ❤️
Land rover =best offroader in world 🌎♥👌😍
lol
Yess in the world 🌎 ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
And most unreliable car 😂
Range rover is absolutely best in all of them . it's proved itself ❤️❤️❤️😀😀
Finally G-wagon fan boys have been silenced by the Range Rover family. They will throw in the durability card from now on
Having better traction control and having better off-road car are two different things ;)
Why?? The G wagon is a beast off road. Having 3 mechanical lockers from factory in order to compensate for the road focused traction system is a great plan. It’s a completely different vehicle compared to the Range Rover. Both are insane off road and offer different things as an all around vehicle.
@@grasak1594 Exactly, these two things that the G wagon will never beat the Range Rover ;)
@@TheBlueVaron Lol, whatever you say chief!
Problem with only having traction control is that you wear out the brakes on longer trails
So basically there are people that lower their suvs.
Great news, you've invented the station wagon....
Defender is unbeatable in offroad
Great video. I personally rated the G wagon to be the ultimate number 1 position. When all the lockers are activated, it was clear the G wagon handles the terrain like nothing. But fair enough if this video's rate based on the equal equipment activated (means that it's not fair for G wagon to activate all the lockers for this comparison)
Put tires on them for off road the g will destroy all this other junk.
@@Will_14_years_ago apart from the range rovers, would think those will be better because of the technology in it is so good
@JONESSZZY you can have all the technology in the world but i would think it still boils down to where the rubber meets the surface, the actual physical connection. Dig the name jonesszzy is it an alien reference?
@@Will_14_years_ago that’s true the tyres is the most important thing in off-roading but with the off-roading tech in the range rovers will help it even more. Haha thanks Jones is my surname and thought JONESSZZY had a ring to it
Its a best channel to see all big cars capabilities on offroading 😍👌🔥
At 2:38 I swear I’m not the only one That thought that was an ostrich or emu and not a camera mounted on a truck at first lol 😂 🤦♀️
I expected the Defender, Range Rovers and G Wagon to perform as shown but was more disappointed with the Hummer's performance
Keep in mind the Hummer is 16/17 years older than the others.
@@95mushroom the H2 was crap even back then…
Defender unbeatable
Range rover is incredible
I really appreciate your always amazing work. To me, G Wagon is the king with the defender closely second.
what about bringing a "VELAR" to the test, we all know how good range rovers are so it will be preety interesting to watch a rangerover not meant for this work taking on the challenge🤗
Putting the defender and rr vogue in there makes it an unfair battle for everyone else 🤣
Hummer is winner of all car Hummer is king of all cars
A great and an informative content we get to see many things about off roading keep it up may your channel grow in an infinite way
Land Rover strangely has some of the best off-road technology.
“Strangely” sarcasm right ?
Some of the best? It's best ofcourse
It is the best and has and will always set the benchmark.
Can’t wait for the new Range Rover Vogue’s video 😈🍿

Land Rover is on another level
The Land Rover really is a piece of British engineering marvel, saying this as an Indonesian. But are you going to do more with the F-pace and Velar? i've seen the F-pace and E-pace in your other challenges and they were really impressive, imagine what a Velar could do
Indian company..

#DEFENDER God of off-road 😎❤️
It's an absolute beast. Definitely a classy powerhouse.
The gmc hummer ev is the ultimate definition of what Americans are capable of.
Wasn't the hummers fault that they did not know how to use the traction control. You have to be intelligent to know what Americans are capable of.......
Hummer ❤❤❤
Solid axles, diff lockers, sway bar disconnect, you're pretty much set.
Please ad Range Rover 5 generation. Let's see how it performs.
The defender is the best 👍.
Hummer is that even an SUV !!!
Beautiful work once again, I love your channel. By the way, I didn't know that Range Rover Sport has no central lock or Terrain response system ( in Canada , my Rover has both centre and rear diff locks). Maybe different options are available in your country.
Love the content diyas. Keep it up. Would love to see some more affordable crossovers battling
i like the videos, the effort must be extreme to gather the vehicles, setting time, day and place, good job. i do have a recommendation to add to the videos i.e the cost of the vehicle, the fuel economy and maintenance/resell cost etc, just a pic having the average costs. and literally if you add the value of cost to the equation all american vehicles would have failed terribly.
Me quedo con la Grand Cherokee
Range Rover be like hold my beer
#made for all roads made for no roads
Defender never disappoints us...
I own a 1972 bronco set up for crawling and also for a daily driver. It will out drive any of those over price vehicle .
Yeah I want to see how it perform in deep sand, I think it’ll sink even with flat tires
There is a video of defender going against heavily modified wrangler and bronco, defenders wheel arch was modified in order to accomodate the larger wheel base. And it performed great.
Youre from usa, this is the only reason you say that. Range are better on and off road, thats a fact 😊
can you get someone that has a humvee/hummer H1?
Gotta love the clip where they drove the Hummer the way it was supposed to be driven :)
Thank you for the hummer freestyle … brought back memories of my new bright r/c version as a kid ⚡️
