Goku With EVERY Power in DB is RIDICULOUS

I saw a post comparing a few MCs and asking which would be the strongest if they had EVERY power from their verse. I can't speak on the other characters, but I wanted to at least cover why Goku with EVERY ability/power from Dragon Ball is ridiculously overpowered.
