I have dreadlocks, I wash mind every two week 🤣before they smell of weed to much. Helps me sleep so have a small neat one before bed, helps with muscle ache too. Your hair not look greasy lol

I am knock kneed, my tear drop quad weak and training my legs a pain. My feet turn in on there own 😂 I have good hamstrings though. But weak muscles on the inside of my leg.

Bloody hack squat. Ours weighs 60kilo empty and a shit matrix one. I can barely get to the floor unloaded. When loaded literally 10kiko each side can only get to the safety. Pretty sure it’s cos one I 50 and menopausal and two my knock knees don’t help with the load. I cannot get low. I do front loader squats at home with heel elevated. Only way I can get low enough.
Stick with the type you can do properly. Maybe a smith or bb squat heels elevated at the gym
