Definetly depends on durability, The cheap ones look like bombers & I have broken the bill of countless ones of their brand so if GS is more durable I’d be will to spend the extra $$
Norm, why did that lipless snap like that on a cast (12:00)? I've had a could walking baits/jerkbaits do that to me and can't figure out why? What can i do to limit this from happening?

There is a lake here in my area... Cotton cordell is the secret. I've casted megabass, kvd, etc expensive lures. Nothing. But cotton cordell square bills.... MONEY!
I use Cotton Cordell lipless(cheap hooks) and RattLTrap lipless (come with Triple Grip hooks). The cheap hooks get them the minute they even think about biting it. The triple grips takes a little tug. You won't lose fish if you loosen the drag, since they're thinner wire you "pull" them off if you horse them in. Common sense. I also know that I lose more fish on a mh fast action rod vs medium with moderate action on cranks.

If you wanna do some salt water take a boat and go to the St Augustine boat ramp and go to the big cross it’s mostly small fish but I caught my pb Red fish Over there. Bait to recommend frozen shrimp cut finger mullet and live mullet

I've been using those Walmart 3 packs for a while and they catch fish just fine...but they are flimsy and the bill breaks off the first time you hit a solid object.
Soooo what Peric has basically shown us by coming on board with his new line of lures is that you're probably better off buying a 3 pack of Bombers than one of his moderately priced Googan cranks. That is the epitome of a Peric move.

If you guys come to the metro area of Minnesota lmk I got a prime crankbait lake 30-60 fish days for 2 people for 4-6 hours of fishing average size like 2.5 pounds but 6-7 pounders have been caught and there are even an occasional huge pike
Norm try going down to Houston Texas and fish over at SHELDON lake reservoir there is toads lots of sunken trees , islands, gators, and pads so if you going one day don't forget the top water frog. But anyways awesome video keep up the amzing content🔥

Brah so there I was, Googan floralcarbon 15lb line came in my MTB box, reapooled my reel with it... by cast maybe 20 I peeled all the line off and threw it out.. lowkey some trash line which is disappointing cuz I want them to succeed but dang brah. MTB I ask you never put that line in my box again just go to Walmart grab the 3 pack of crank baits and throw that in instead.
No matter what I did I couldn't keep that line uncoiled its memory was so sever it was unbearable. Then after about 15 casts as my line is flying out, I didnt bird nest or anything the whole lure flew taking about 40 yards of line with it. No fray or anything it just simply snapped. So I retied and 5 more casts I was over the coiling if that makes sense. My eyes are dilated and I cant see my screen nor proof read this lol.
I have school tomorrow and my mom wanted me to get a haircut so I did but the only place open was a haircut place in Walmart and they messed up my hair soo so bad and I have school tomorrow 😭😢🥺🤬

I think its kinda like a whip where there is a little tiny slack and when you whip your rod to cast that slack gets whipped so hard it snaps. Idk

Arkie crappie cranks are the best small crank I use. I hammer big largemouth and peacocks with them. And they're only $2.36 @ Walmart
