I've had the fantasy since childhood that our technology would allow us to "catch up" to the Voyagers, repair and upgrade them, and send them off ahead of us again to carry on the legacy of our first emissaries. ❤

I was a young man when they were sent off a d were the pinnacle of technology in their time. I now have more technology in my fitbit than they had then. Now I'm 78 and still love to hear about their discoveries. Sadly we spent too much time looking at the moon and nearby planets I stead of launching one of these every time the technology progressed. So many lost years and opportunities. Thankfully we now have the James West that can learn so much.

If one of these objects is cube shape, that's a Borg cube and humans on Earth would be assimilated into the Borg collective. If one of these objects is cloaked and voyagers on board sensors picked up this cloaked anomaly it is a romulan warbird the largest spacecraft in the Romulus fleet, Humans on earth could be destroyed. Sounds like we have 45 years to build up an interstellar spacecraft Battalion.

Givin the distance the Voyagers are from Earth, How they can navigate the direction and point the antennae at Earth efficiently is pretty amazing. I get how the general location is easy to find, knowing where the Earth is relative to the Sun is probably half the battle, but past that, I'm guessing the Earth is Far from visible range.

Why a replica, we have much better technology, plus knowledge attained from the original voyagers, to build a craft specifically for that task.We should get a camera outside the Sun's influence, preferably that sees into the infrared like the JW. Also if there is a way to preserve Plutonium, The next Voyagers sent out should have 1 active, while preserving a 2nd powersouce, and double the life expectancy of mission.

Why is that necessary for survival? Earth is our final frontier; there is no where else for man to be. Things are quite well here except for over population and pollution. Why pollute the rest of space? And why is our survival even important? Species die out; it's the circle of life. The dinosaurs we replaced and we will be replaced also. It is most likely we will be our own demise long before that occurs naturally.

The Brits tried their best to lessen the importance of ancient India's scriptures, envious of India's wonders they decreed they're teachings as myths or folk tales. These teachings speak about the atom, astronomy, mathematics, the soul, and many other topics. Anyone with a little bit of curiosity could learn from these ancient epics like the Ramayana, Mahabharata, Sri Isopanishad or the cream of the Vedas: The Srimad Bhagavatam. The mention of other planets and their inhabitants or their visits to earth since time immemorial in their Vimanas (space ships) is not unusual. Dare to go beyond the narrow-minded tunnel reality of "modern" scientific "boys clubs" or their speculations, they've yet to come up with any evidence worth our time.
