Thank you again for making another great video especially promoting Ed Clark nursery. I love hornbeam. It’s probably one of my very favorite trees. From my understanding, there are two species of Korean Hornbeam. These interbreed so there’s always some question of what we’re actually getting. Korean Hornbeam seems more preferable and I know Ed Clark charges more for Korean than Japanese Hornbeam. It takes a very long time to get thick trunks on these trees so if you ever find one with a wide trunk, then you should grab it. Be well

You’re right, it’s definitely worth grabbing one with a nice trunk! however, they do not heal well.
