What do you guys think of uploading tips videos earlier before the event. It doesnt include the research for the event but gives you guys more time to prepare
it's good so we can prepare but bad because i like to do research and never know the hundo cp for research pokemon till i get the hundo and iv check it
I miss the shorts for 4-5 star raids. Those are great! Same with shorts for events with the most important information. Maybe you can make a two part video for events - 1/2 with the information in this video, and 2/2 with research tasks? If I could choose, maybe I would prefer your usual plan for videos 😊 You're doing a great job btw! I have recommended your vids for many friends :)

For the baby Pokemon if you're planning on giving their evolved forms a second move remember to take advantage of the "baby bargain"; baby Pokemon are 10k dust / 25 candy to unlock a second move while the evolved forms are 50k dust and 50 candy. Azumarill and Togekiss are good-to-great in PVP and Roserade being good in two types for raids means it's worth unlocking them early. (Also, why is Budew so rare? I think this is only the second event it's been available for in the last two and a half years, and the last one was Sinnoh Tour week.)
2:57 Togakiss only being #89 in the Master league is crazy. I get that from a theoretical standpoint it probably is but from a practicality standpoint it should be way higher because almost EVERYONE has at least 1 dragon on their team (ive seen teams of 3 dragons) and having a togakiss means you basically get to eat through a pokemon almost every time. And because of how often Togapi is in eggs its easy to get candy to level up a Togakiss to master league levels.
Not sure if it'll be included in the event, but if you use Necro/Lunala's Moongeist Beam, you can spawn Alolan Rattatas. It may be effected by the event to help with the Tiny Rattata Medal.

But Kyurem after defeated the bosses White Kyurem and Black Kyurem, there was no any type of balls to provide an easier method to catch it unless Niantic gave a higher catch rate for premium balls to Kyurem during Unova Tour level 5 raid Pokemon.
Why is Bite recommended for D-Max and G-Max Blastoise? I'd assume Water Gun is optimal as it has the same cooldown, better energy generation and only slightly lower damage (but this damage will be super effective and higher overall).
where do you get the info about pokemon being useful in different PvP cups? i usually can only find the current cups and open leagues on pvpoke. thank you!
@Poke Daxi, I got into GO late this month and have missed my operuntites to build up pokemon to grab Palkia and the Legendary birds. I only hav dynmax wooloo, squittle, bulba, machomp. and got super lucky at my 1st community event ever the giantnomax kingler and got 2 of them!. Am I screwed from getting giantos and former dynomax poekmon already released an Are no more or is there a stable rotation?
Guys, PLEASE someone help me out with dynamax (Dax maybe it is worth doing an updated guide with all the new data since I still feel there are unclear stuff): 1. Is it worth Elite TMing charged attacks for pokes like the starters? Does it make significant diff in the dmg output? From what I see the fast attack and dyna attack are the main dmg dealers so should I save on elites or use them? 2. Is it worth using charge attacks at all in dyna battles? Dax I remember in one of your videos you mentioned some strategy where it is potentially faster to fill meter only with fast attacking (even without collecting the bubbles). Did it turn out to be true?
I got a 93% IV shiny Kingler Gigantamax. Should i try a mirror lucky trade? Or the risk of becoming worst iv is to high and not worth. And just max him just as he is. Im f2p so i only got 4 tries in the event.
I think it's best to just sit on it. Unless you have a lucky trade and try and reroll one of the kinglers but don't reroll the one that's actually your best just the lesser ones. But best to make sure you have lucky friends.
@beverlyrussell8034 ya basically what I'm trying to say like even trading for a lucky trade could likely end up worse. Just take the one with the highest atk you have and invest in that since he's so glassy you need to use him as a swap attacker during dmax phase anyways. But if a lucky trade pops then you could always try with an extra if you got one.

As a new player i understand about 10% of what you are saying and that is putting it at 0.75 speed. Especially the misc tips at 9:17 ... What? sounds important and cool but using PvP to do what? and Special Rent? what is that???
If you are rank 20+ in pvp the 3rd win reward (pokemon encounter) has a chance to give you the current legendary pokemon that is in raids. Special Rend is an exclusive move to the pokemon Palkia Origin which doubles your encounter distance
@@louisbuss6068 No the only way of getting spacial rend is catching a Palkia (origin form) in raids or through pvp encounter when it is available, you can't use elite charge TMs
For people who just started playing, yes, this video serves them a lot of purpose. Daxi is as good as he is because he doesn't forget that not everyone is on par with him, or you, or in terms of knowledge and experience.
@NeCoruption quite right he is as good as he is for numerous reasons some of which you outline. Imo Daxi is one of the best pogo creators we have, no doubt however it doesn't take away from the fact this event is trash, we all know it new and old. You dont have to be an og pogo player to know this is another missed opportunity from niantic feeding the community dead events. Whilst newbies may find some purpose with mechanics an 11 minute upload was simply not it for this trash.. 'IN MY OPINION'

I like having more info going into an event personally, it’s easy enough to look up specific research on leekduck once the event has started

If you use Necro/Lunala's Moongeist Beam, it spawns Alolan Rattata's. Not sure if the event will effect those mons, but it's worth a try.

I wouldnt turn on native refresh rate unless you want to use your phone as a hand-warmer or walk around like a Ghostbuster with your banks
It has not impacted the battery life of my iphone in any way. But it's so much smoother.

The higher iv is useful for dynamax battles, you don't need to lower the iv -its giganticmax use him for that not pvp- pvp requires tge lower iv
How many folks can solo defeat "a Enamorus"? Does one need teams full of Dialga, Excadrill and Metagross with steel moves?
