Awesome run, this game looks super cool. Loved how comfortable the runner was the whole time. Also the announcer did a really great job and added to the fun.
Awesome run. I fell for the anti-hype about this game after it was released, but it looks enjoyable in and of itself.
O ye, I remember the anti-hype. But I'm pretty desperate for 3D platformers so I play whatever I get xD
I spent 25 hours on this game. It has its flaws but I still love it. ^^
Man, I spent $24 on this game about a year after it dropped. I still maintain that it's the worst $24 I've ever spent.

27:46 Hey, super appreciative of the shout-out! I wanted to clarify because some people kind of laughed at the "under-rated game" comment. Sure, the game has some flaws and is no Banjo-Kazooie, but post-launch the game has gotten a lot better as a game and as a speed-game. The game has gotten better, I highly recommend fans of 3D Platformers give this game a chance.
Its amazing how fun a lively personality can make even the blandest game. I really liked this guy.

The disease evolves quickly and has all sorts of forms and severities. It'll take a long time to cure, let alone control, but we can hope.
That was nuts. I think the game took me like 30 hours but I got more than the minimum necessary. And it was a Blast start to finish. Still want the 64 bit tonic but seems like they're never going to implement it.

So what is flight skip then
Flight skip is skipping the flappy flight ability. The "No Flight Skip" category is basically this game's 'old' any% run before players discovered how to skip flappy flight and still do the elevator door skip (where the runner flies into the elevator out of bounds). Skipping flight makes elevator door skip and the final boss significantly harder but allows you to skip all but 1 Pagie to complete the game.

Watching this run I can see the blandness that people were talking about with Yooka-Laylee still outside of the very slow final boss was an entertaining run to watch. (I mean the boss himself is slow not the runner playing it)
