where do i get threat nuts for real braket hole seems big for the one i recieved with kids i did use 1/2 to make hole bigger but when i tight its seems lose at the top because nuts moving up and down. any suggestions where I can get bigger threat nut or bolt plate to insert

Could you please tell me what is that cone-shaped nut/washer you put on the bolt at 1:45 to make the rivnut tool? And where can I find one? Thanks!
The tool is something we make, we have substituted the tool for a faster install
