Very cool, @NappyWayz! The Lumos Helmet adds to the futuristic feel of the OneWheel. You’ll get comments about both the helmet and the board. I like that you can customize the scrolling text on the back. I added a link to the video’s description to help you find the helmet on Amazon. The MIPS version provides the best protection, but it is only offered in Jet White on their site. If you want black you can order direct from Lumos.

Awesome stuff! Now that Apple Maps has biking directions in some places could this shortcut be made with Apple Maps? Love seeing B at the end! Great seeing you today and glad to see you doing well!
Yes! But in the case of Apple Maps it only saves you a couple of words at best. You can say “Hey Siri. Biking Directions to the Wharf” without a Shortcut in those cities. Some of the other Shortcuts I show on this channel would save more time, e.g. deciding what to eat, or the Shortcut in the “before my Onewheel rides I do this…” video. But they all can be adjusted to provide cycling directions in Apple Maps instead by changing the app of choice in the Show Directions Action.
It can be done with Waze. The two steps would be “Ask for Input” and “Show Directions”. The built in maps action allows you to choose the navigation app that you prefer.
Apple has a Shortcuts action for Apple Maps called Show Directions that offers all the supported modes of transportation. Currently , they include Driving, Transit, and Walking. I imagine Apple will update the action to include Cycling. I noticed, since publishing this video, the Show Directions action was updated to include Biking Directions for Google Maps natively. I’ll likely release a Shortcuts update video soon.
djladyb1 I used the Canon EOS R with the 35mm f/1.8 RF, 16-35 f/4 EF, and for the talking head scenes the Ninja V to get the 10-bit 4:2:2 quality out of the EOS R. Lighting is the Aputure 120D.
