1 tip: when u block a hit, dont move both hands, ur leaving the other side open. only use one hand to block on each side. for example to block the opponent's right hook, only block it by using your left hand, dont move both arms. and if you want to parry, only use one hand too. 2 tip: dont look down when u are ducking/weaving, u need to always look ur opponent, not the ground.
