    Thanks so much! Now I get why my arms are wasted every time I flip tires!
    BTW, any tips on how to prep a tire for working out with it? (i.e. is it safe to drill a couple of holes into it so the water leaks, tips for cleaning the tire prior to beginning to workout with it etc)

    Am I the only one distracted by the timer stuck on 8 seconds. I wish I wasn't so OCD. I just wanted to reset it the whole time.

    Now only if they'll teach a proper pull up instead of claiming a kip is a pull up

    exactly, just go out there and flip tires, nobody really needs their bicep anyway
